Do they still offer prints if you want to purchase photos that way or are photos only available for purchase in digital form?
You are required to buy a thumb drive with your chosen pictures on it for $21.95. If you want a paper print, it’s $2.99 for a 5x7. I don’t know about the bigger sizes.
A little off topic, everything in the Princess store was 30% off.

Is the International Cafe' "fully" open, i.e., 24 hours a day, the usual food and beverage offerings, etc.? It's my favorite spot on any Princess ship!
DH’s big disappointment was no gelato flights on deck 5, only soft serve on deck 16.

I would also like to know this. There are whole threads dedicated to our fears that our Vax card won't be enough at the gate.
I was worried about that too. The Vax card was enough and I didn’t see anyone get tested.

Also, just wanted to add that there is NO ONE on the upper decks tonight. We went from 80 degrees to 🥶in a couple of hours!
All in all, everything went well. The boarding process was flawless for us. We went from the hotel to our cabin in 45 minutes (11:15) I don’t know if those of you on the next cruises will be able to get into your cabins as soon because, remember, there were no passengers before us.
We didn’t get our bags until around 4 but that didn’t bother us because we didn’t need anything from them. It’s a good idea to carry anything you might need right away onto the ship.
Now, dinner. We had dinner with a couple that we met this morning on the ship. The wait staff were a little cluster because we hadn’t reserved together, but they did seat us together. I have to explain that John and I are buffet people and today’s dinner did not change our minds. Dinner was ok but I went to the buffet later and found all of the same foods plus more choices so we probably won’t be changing our habits. I will continue with the menus, however.

Have the dining rooms been reconfigured to accommodate more tables for two, since most passengers are parties of two. Thank you.
It looks like there are many more tables for two than normal. Also I wanted to post the menu for the MDR but have been dealing with internet connection all day. I will try again.

Thanks Ted. It sounds like I'm better off keeping what I have. Since we're leaving on Sunday, I would panic if we lost info right now. When is your cruise?

Well before you do that I would ask 'What can I NOT do on a single account'. I did not see a need for a second account but created one and reinstalled the App for myself - A HUGE STEP BACKWARDS.
So did you create aone with a new email address and password?

We will be on the Alaska cruise leaving July 25. Since I always do the planning and since there really complicated for awhile, I never loaded the Medallion App on my husband's phone but now I'm thinking I should. Do I register him with his email address and password or use the one on my phone? Sorry if this question is obvious, but I'm not the greatest on technology. I will really appreciate your help.

I’m a recently retired professor and it’s hard to not go into that mode. I really worked hard to set up this thread vastly differently from all the other threads I’ve ever read on CC. So when I read “they seem to be”, “as time goes on probably..”, “AFAIK”, “reports I’ve read”, “if”, ‘I suspect”, “Hopefully, soon” I am forced to go into total teacher persona. Pleeeease take this as the funny comment I mean it to be…… you get an F on that post. Mostly because your last statement was that you “just wanted to clarify some things about DMW”. I have to say maybe it’s the glass of wine, maybe it’s you, maybe it’s the stress but I sure did get a good laugh.
I wasn’t going to say this but the Allegro (sp) dining room is open for reservations. I was able to mock book one this afternoon.
really hope I did not offend you.If he's a true Steeler fan, he won't be offended. We Steeler fans are pretty thick skinned. (I hope)

Am I to understand that we will be charged a fee for them to send us the medallion in the mail?
I ordered our Medallion on June 24 and received it on July 16. I did not order anything fancy, just the Medallion and lanyard for no charge. I may change that for a future cruise but for now I'll just wear mine around my neck like I always did with the card.

La La Land, Avatar, Tenet, The Martian, Ford v Ferrari, Devil Wears Prada, Big, Ad Astra, Bohemian Rhapsody, Black Panther, Moulin Rouge, Emma. I think that’s the full list.
Thank you so much for the list. Since I don't have a newer iPad, I couldn't download the Medallion app. So our Medallion app is on my iPhone and scrolling is pretty difficult. MUTS is my favorite part of the cruise. I've seen better movie choices, but I'll be glad to watch Rhapsody for the hundredth time. The last time I saw it on MUTS, we were sailing from Funchal to Casablanca.

Hello Bob,
In April we will be boarding The Sky for the transatlantic in April. What is your opinion of the Medallion. After filling out most of the information on the App I started getting paranoid about the total lack of privacy. As a Disney World magic band user, I'm not sure why this is bothering me. I would love to hear from those of you who have used it.
Thank you, Marlise

We are taking a trans Atlantic cruise with Princess in the spring. We have booked our air with them and have paid for the cruise and air. We would like to book better seats possibly using miles but Princess doesn't book the flights until 45 days before (flight can be cancelled without penalty up to 45 days before) even though payment is due 75 days before. I need advice whether to have Princess book the flight now so that I can try for better seats (which means there could not be a refund for cancelling) or just wait until they book the flights. Thanks ahead of time. Yes, I have insurance but that only counts for illness.

We have done many TA repo cruises and loved them all :). You might want to lean towards a cruise with a more southern route...such as one that goes to the Canaries rather then the more northern Azores. A Southern crossing increases the chances of warmer weather during the voyage in April. But we often find ourselves looking for the best deal, among competing cruises, since we are not wedded to any one cruise line.
Hank
My suggestion would be to take spring eastbound instead of fall westbound. We have done both and ended up cruising into a major storm and missing three of our cruise ports. Beware of hurricanes.

I pack ginger tea and ginger lozenges. I always take a Bonine tablet 2 hours before I cruise then one every morning. It's over the counter, so it's easy to get and doesn't make me drowsy.

PS it doesn't look anything like the picture or the diagram of that room. Like I said, it's L shaped so the bed is in one leg of the L and the sitting area in another. You chose wisely!

I think they forgot about them so I asked at one of the captain circle get togethers. Duke said it would be set up on Saturday. I don’t think that is set in stone so it would be a good idea to mention it to the entertainment staff on the first or second day to give them time to set it up including some refreshments.
By the way, Jan said they have every intention to keep the cruise credits for veterans.
