Another one today, this time from the UK. It’s headed Last Minute Transatlantic & Tropical Voyages, featuring Lisbon to Rio in November, Hawaii & Tahiti in January and South Africa Intensive also in January. Prices in £ sterling.
If anyone hasn’t seen it, just ask & I’ll copy & paste it here.
Thought the problem was sorted however we haven’t received that email😤, what is going on? Can you post it please? Thanks.

It’s sounds as if it’s the same email. It’s definitely not from the UK - the UK ones always have the UK address at the bottom. My email has no prices in the email itself, you have to click on Learn More or Browse Programs to get prices. I clicked and watched the URL at the top - initially it went to Azamara.com, then clicked over to Azamara.co.uk with £ prices. I guess it’s set up to recognise where you are and send you to the right website for your currency.
I’m pleased to hear you finally got an email from Azamara!
I know, success, and we both get them now! The address at the bottom is Miami but the difference is that the prices are sterling when you click on the learn more button. We’re happy 😊

We have each received an email today headed ”Adventure awaits for very interest”. And the prices are in £ sterling - yay 😀 . Is this different ones from the ones you got HGC? Thanks

The Arabian Courtyard has a lovely English pub where we had an evening meal with beer and wine at a very reasonable price. It is ideal for the museum and the creek. I’m sure you will have a great time.

Oh, gosh, that’s no good as a solution for you then. Well I’ll carry on posting in here when I get emails and copy and paste them if people request them - that’s so long as I keep getting them!
Thank you

I will do that tiggertom.
Did you get the latest UK one yesterday called More Onboard?
No, I didn’t get it. Thanks for keeping me updated.

Thank you for your kind words, much appreciated.
As no-one has said “Yes, please keep it” I will unstick this and stop posting emails.
I will post the fact that I have received an email when I get one, so if anyone hasn’t seen they can say so, then I will post it.I received one today from the UK with the latest UK offer which lasts from now until 8 December. It’s called More Onboard and offers free WiFi and OBC (amount depends on cabin booked and length of cruise) for selected 2020 cruises. I can copy and paste it if anyone hasn’t received it.
I would appreciate that as I still get the US ones and not UK ones. I’ve lost track of how many times I have asked them to fix this. Thanks

Completed it, thanks for putting it on here

Yes, nice to see different things to do in Barcelona. Great photographs as well.

Not sure, I think we attend a preview of future cruises and the excursion discount was one of the selling points. We then went to the land excursions desk and asked if the discount would apply to excursions on cruises already booked and he said it would. He gave me an email address for a colleague in Miami who I contacted and registered interest. He emailed once the Pursuit excursion were available and I booked them through him.
-
When we were on Journey last year, we could book three excursions for our Pursuit cruise this year and save 10%. Whilst they had no details of the forthcoming excursions, as long as I registered interest I received the discount when they came on line.

It would be good for on board fundraising to help raise money, such as raffles and donations as well as the charge for bridge and galley visits being donated. More people would pay if they knew it was going to a good cause

The UK promotion is called Summer Sale.
Here is the link to the UK page: https://www.azamaraclubcruises.co.uk/luxury-cruise-deals/summer-special
That works now, Bonnie, thank you

Every time I click on the link and then list of voyages it comes up with 0 voyages on this offer. Is this not valid in the UK?

The excursions organised by Azamara are meant to be no bigger than 25 but when we went on a tour of the Sydney Opera House, the official tour guides merged the groups so we ended up in a huge group of approximately 70. So watch out for external influences.
Not been to Sitka, sorry

We are visiting Alaska for the first time next year, but not with Azamara as they didn’t have an itinerary or dates that suited us. Also, we have had 8 fabulous cruises with Azamara but feel a bit confused with all the “offers” and “upgrade bids” game, and our last Azamara trip left us feeling less valued, so we are looking forward to going to Alaska with Silversea. It was such a good deal and too good to miss. Also, it may help us to focus and realize if Azamara is still the cruise line we fell in love with 9 years ago.

On another cruise line, a member of staff would visit the cabin and ask if you wanted your fruit bowl replenished. We called him “the grape man” and he would only provide you with what you wanted. There was very rarely any waste.

I said no to tying in excursions to fares as well. I was surprised by the last question about gratuities being included as a loyalty benefit - what’s that about?

They were disappearing from early December so it’s wider than Rio. We were told a while back that previously Azamara stopped South America because of issues and practices.
I know they were applying their anti corruption principles again this year for which I applaud them.
I think they should make guests more aware of these principles and the challenges that are a consequence of following them. Many people would see this as a positive feature of the way Azamara does business.
I agree. I was annoyed to find out that there was no Bitter Lemon on the Pursuit when we left Rio. I mentioned it along with a few other minor issues on the mid cruise feed back form but no one came back to me about any of them, which disappointed me.. I spoke to the F&B manager, Elisabeth, on the second last day and she said about the container going missing at Rio which left them short of quite a few supplies. It would help if passengers were made aware of these difficulties, especially if raised mid Cruise. Lack of a response to my feedback didn’t spoil the cruise but it left me feeling less “valued” than I normally feel with Azamara.

Nope, definitely not getting the UK emails, only the US ones, despite me following the previous instructions. I will call the UK number and see if they can help - it’s worth a try as nothing else I have done seems to have made any difference.

Thank you tiggertom. Were you on a B2B (back to back)?
I ask because both Phil and uktog didn’t receive one after a B2B.
Hi Bonny, we weren’t on a B2B. Thanks

I also received this survey request. When trying to complete it, I only got to the 4th question regarding household income when it told me I had completed the survey. Perhaps my income is not sufficient for them to be interested in my views!
I was the same as you, put in my household income and they didn’t want to know any more...what a cheek. Also, how am I going to win the £250 prize if they didn’t even take my contact details? The email asking me to complete this called me a valued customer - don’t think so, I am obviously not in the right income earning bracket ☹️
