We are sailing on the Celebrity Flora in February. When we went to the initial presentation on a Celebrity Cruise about the Galapagos they said Scuba Diving was available through a third party and could be booked with them ahead of time. Now that I am trying to book the Celebrity Galapagos phone desk said I have to make arrangements independently and the only option is to forgo the ship's tour on the full day we are in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz. I have done extensive searching on the Cruise Critic boards and can't seem to find anyone that has done this. Any experiences? Looking for potential operators and if it is worth it. Thanks!

I have been looking into boat tours based on recommendations on this site. One thing I am struggling with is our boat is scheduled to be in port from 2-8pm and the last tours of the day I am finding are at 3pm. Does anyone have experience with this? The ship is listed as docking that day so shouldn't have to tender. Is it possible with that dock time to make it to a 3pm tour? I have reached out to two tour operators - Limitless Speedboat Kotor and Montenegro Globe. They both have come back and said basically we can wait for 15 minutes but did not give me any experience with if it was realistic. Also interested in anyone that has had experience with either or both of these companies and which one to choose if doable. Thanks in advance!

Can you share the private transport you are using? We have a cruise leaving Trieste on NCL in September and with my 87 year old mother in law along, I really feel a private transfer would meet our needs best but I am having trouble finding recommendations,
