Exactly what Jamman54 said. If you go to your room and the bracelet is not there dont worry. Present your boarding pass and relax. -
Is the Havana area open as soon as you board?

You will be able to partake in the havana area as soon as you board. And you will enjoy it immensely! -
These are awesome suggestions. I really like the idea of the cove and childrens pool and that will take care of Thursday, Where would you recommend for staying in the area? No kids just DW and I.

Doing the Panorama in Dec., and flying in on Tues before we sail on Sat. Was thinking San Diego for a few days and then heading to Long Beach the night before we sail. Any thought or ideas as to what makes this the perfect start to our trip? We are for sure doing the zoo on Wed, which leaves Thu wide open, Also, Any thought for Fri as we head back towards Long Beach? Ideas are welcome. Regards Mike

Hi All We have done Mahogany Bay. We sail next week on RCCL, and am curious as to where we dock and what there is around the dock area. Is is like Mahogany where you can walk past the shops and go to the beach area or is this not an option? Thanks for any help Mike

100 shares is whats needed -
Yes your iphone will work for imessaging on the social plan. Facetime does as well. We have cruised 3x since the restart and have had no problems.

This is good information. ANother option is as you pull up the first level of the garage, there is a poster display with a QR code. Scan that and you can avoid the kiosk and just book online- presto your done. I agree with all the above posters Mobile is very east to embark at, however there is ALWAYS a long line on Water Street (with major merging problems )to get into the terminal area Watch for the left line trying to pull all the way up and then jump the line!. It does move fairly well though.

How does wifi calling work on board?
Mike Dante replied to slavigne5577's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
We were on Horizon in May and Ecstacy last week. Both times using the social package. I-messages worked for sure, as did Facetime (CCL website says it will not support Facetime)with just a small lagtime on it both ships although Horizon was better signal all week. -
Have a blast. Currently on the old girl, and having a fun time. This staff is super friendly.

Heading out in the morning with 2 negative tests in hand--woohoo. this makes things easier. - I will ask at embarkation just the same as planned since I was prepared to use my 2 positive tests from 11 days ago and get an answer from them to share with the board here. I do believe it is very subjective as to who the agent is and how knowledgeable they may be about all this.

Sorry this was your experience. On our sailing last week, we didn't encounter any hot areas except the hot tubs.

Hi We are just back from the Horizon. We stayed 1 night precruise at the Spring Hill Suites Miami Airport. Very Clean spacious room, quick free shuttle from airport, short Uber ride to port. Only needed a clean safe place to lay the head on a pillow, not needing to be down by port or bayside, so it worked for us. Incidentally it was a short ride by Uber to La Carretta for our Cuban Fix. Happy Sails, Mike

I agree , however I am vaxxed as is my wife and we both returned home from the Horizon this week and tested positive. Coulda got it at the airport or on one of the islands or on the ship. Covid is something that's not going to go away. It'll be like the flu, and we just need to deal with it and make the best decisions possible.

I know on lido there was encanto , dune, west side story , matrix And a couple others in imax I know the dummbledore movie Hope that helps. Enjoy your cruise

Well, we’re back to real life now and have Covid (mild)as a nice reminder. We cruise again on 6/11 and still have time for a recovery letter after our official test tomorrow. Coulda got it anywhere shi$ happens

I didn’t see that , but have before. This trip there were no special offerings perhaps because cucina is closed for dinner for a short while

It was prior to my 7:15am wake up alarm. Other than that Im not sure. Debark was fast and easy. We had Zone 2, and didnt leave until all zones were called. We had a 12:30 ish flight home. Id prefer to sit on Lido longer than sit in the airport

For the free water bottle, we used to just take them from the room. I found out this week that you need to get your free one from a bar. I asked guest services why couldn’t I just do that and replace the ones in my room to reverse the charge and she was like no you cant do that. Lol. It is only $3.95 so I didn’t wanna get frustrated over it. I was just inquiring while applying a gift card to my statement.

Day 6 Sea Day As per usual, we spent the day lounging in Havana area. Went up to guys for a burger and the wife got a lobster roll which she thoroughly enjoyed. After staying on deck all day and enjoying some Bahama Mamas, we cleaned up and ate in the MDR. Dinner was really good and service was awesome! I-Putu was very engaging and attentive. We went to the production show I believe it was call spellbound, which the whole family enjoyed it. As usual, the last night of the ship and it was alive with action for pretty much the only time.

No, we felt comfortable at all times. You should be good to go
