  1. Last year, I was able to get $50 OBC applied to my 2 cruises booked for this year on Black Friday and again on Cyber Monday.
  2. Bought one in March on Silhouette and another on Edge in July. Both had expirations dates in 6 months.
  3. Your Club Tier Elite 300 - 749 Club Points* Benefits Complimentary Captain’s Club Daily Elite cocktail hour Access to daily coffee lounge for exclusive breakfast One complimentary bag of laundry Complimentary dry cleaning of one item Complimentary access to Persian Garden (on one port day) 10% discount at The Spa 30% off internet package or internet upgrade 10% off beverage package upgrade to Premium pre-cruise 40% discount on any digital or print photo package at the Photo Gallery Private shipboard departure lounge, serving continental breakfast Priority tender service in tender ports of call Status Match with Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Society at Diamond Level This is what is shows when I look under my points, but I see now that when I look under member benefits, it says this: Elite Featured Benefits Access to exclusive daily coffee house-style breakfast and Evening Cocktail Hour 30% off Wi-Fi package or Wi-Fi upgrade 15% off Drink Package or upgrade to Premium pre-cruise Complimentary access to Persian Garden (on one port day) One complimentary bag of laundry (wash, dry, fold) on every sailing I guess it is just another Celebrity website error or inconsistency 🤷‍♀️
  4. I remember there was a thread last year about what the discount to upgrade to the premium beverage package was for Elite members. Some posted it was 10% and some said it was changed to 15%. I called Celebrity last summer and was given conflicting information. Eventually (with escalation to supervisors), I did receive the 15% upgrade (which was posted on their website) for my October 2022 sailing. I again recently received it for my April 2024 sailing. I am looking at the current flash sale for a 2025 sailing. The discount is only 5%, so I will either wait for another sale or just use the Elite discount. But that got me checking the Celebrity website and I see that it says the discount for the upgrade is 10%. Has this recently changed?
  5. I just changed an on-board booking (Nov 2022) with a nonrefundable fare to a different date and ship. I was charged a $100pp charge but I did not lose my OBC as I did not cancel the reservation, just moved it, keeping my original reservation number.
  6. I booked a SS guarantee in March for the Edge and received my cabin assignment within 24 hours for my sailing in July. It was quite forward and since there were still quite a few SS cabins available, I was able to switch it easily to a midship cabin. As far as getting one of the other suites, I do not know, but think it likely that someone else would get them in a Move Up bid, opening up a SS.
  7. Small selection of wines on premium package and often lack of availability of listed wines.
  8. Thanks for posting about this. I saw the Fast Track entry point and very few people using it. I wondered what is was as I stood in a very very long line to get through security. We had plenty of time but I will be purchasing that pass next time!
  9. Agree. Going back next cruise. Enjoyed our first suite (Sky) on the Edge but will be just as happy in Aqua class or Veranda with specialty dining added in.
  10. Just did this. It was the first time I booked a guarantee cabin. I received a cabin assignment a few days later in the forward section of the ship. Contacted my TA the same day and I was moved to a midship cabin in the same category.
  11. Contrary to what the Future Cruise representative told me onboard the Edge 2 weeks ago with regard to my OBB credit, my TA successfully moved my reservation (booked with a non-refundable deposit) to another sailing on a different ship, kept my reservation number, and my OBB moved with the reservation. My $200 deposit is still in place, but I was charged a $200 penalty change fee. I did also lose the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions that were attached, but I expected that. Hopefully Celebrity will offer these again this year and I can get them added if it makes sense to do so.
  12. Good idea. I just checked and on my invoice (dated Oct 2022), the T&C state “When changing the ship, sail date or stateroom category of your CruiseNow Booking, please be sure to retain the same booking number in order to keep the qualifying onboard offers tied to your reservation.”
  13. I have a call in to my TA. I will report back ☺️.
  14. I remember I had to sign a paper stating that I understood the deposit was non-refundable. I do not recall any mention that the OBB bonus would be lost if the reservation was transferred as opposed to canceling.
  15. While on the Edge a few weeks ago, I asked a Future Cruise representative about changing a reservation (moving the date and possibly to another ship) which I made onboard a year ago and which had a non-refundable deposit of $200. She told me I would lose my deposit, which I expected, but she also said I would forfeit my OBB credit. She said this would be a new reservation. Since I would not be cancelling a cruise, I thought I would keep the reservation number and my onboard booking credit would transfer to the new cruise. This has always been the case before when I have moved reservations, although this was the first time I had booked with a non-refundable deposit.
  16. I sail in 2 days and am expecting a decline as my bid was the minimum. Today I am unable to cancel or modify my bid. Not sure that means anything, but shall see.
  17. Thanks for posting. Have been in Aqua before but not on Summit, so glad to hear you enjoyed Blu.
  18. Thanks for the posting. Wish I could take advantage but I already have a cruise booked for the summer which I booked after you posted another good deal a couple of months ago. Appreciate you always keeping your eyes out and updating us!
  19. Appreciate the posting! Glad you were able to save. I did as well.
  20. The move-up bids were discounted 50% from a few days ago when I first received the offer. I am currently booked in a mid-ship Sky suite. Now at $150 per person for the Aqua Sky suite on a 7 night cruise, I am thinking of making a bid. Thoughts? Thanks!
  21. Good idea. I checked and unfortunately there are none showing available to book so I don’t know the current price. Thanks!
  22. Hi, Will be on our first E class ship (Edge) soon, and first time in a suite (Sky suite mid-ship). We just got the Move-Up offers and wondering if we should bid on a Sunset Sky suite. The minimum bid is $500 per person. I love aft views and usually sail these on M class. Would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks!
