Just off the Equinox last week in a Sky Suite. Some of the best service that we have ever had. We were asked on the first day if we wanted any snacks delivered in the afternoon. We did not, but I saw the head butler delivering to other cabins every day.
This exact issue happened to our group of 10. We were able to link 4 reservations, but not the 5th. We tried everything but couldn't get it taken care of before boarding. We went to the restaurants as soon as we arrived on the ship, and they were able to fix it so that we could all dine together. They were very helpful, and it all worked out.
If you are in a suite and have the premium liquor package included, can you drop it if no one in your cabin drinks. Can you switch it to the zero proof package and get a refund?
