  1. In December 2022 I received email with e-docs 30 days before set sail date. Today I was told that is no longer the case! Now they are available 7 to 10 days via Royal check in app! Has anyone received doc this w any and how?

  3. On the four day Independence of the seas can you tell me what nights and times are the shows? My DIL’s first cruise and I want to get the most out of the short trip. Appreciate any information.
  4. TSA will go through if you take it as a carry on. The X-ray machine can not tell what it is. At least that is my experience.
  5. Did you set up two separate accounts and order one virtual visit at a time or did you order two. This would be my first time trying this way.
  6. Recently DH was a no show. I did not get double points and taxes and port charges for DH were not returned. I called customer service an for 1 1/2 hours tried to resolve. Next cruise I tried to resolve with Loyalty Ambassador. No luck so when I got home I wrote to Michael Bayley who had someone call me to say No double points No charges refunded. So total I spent about 10 hours to address what felt was and error. But I agree before Covid I have been given double points for this scenario. I offer to give them information on past no-shows, they told me they could check those cruises but double points never should have been given. Good Luck. Maybe let us know what does happen.
  7. I am sailing on 8/19/22 out of Baltimore. Applied 7/19/22 nothing yet. I was told about a week before sailing they process them.
