Recently DH was a no show. I did not get double points and taxes and port charges for DH were not returned. I called customer service an for 1 1/2 hours tried to resolve. Next cruise I tried to resolve with Loyalty Ambassador. No luck so when I got home I wrote to Michael Bayley who had someone call me to say No double points No charges refunded. So total I spent about 10 hours to address what felt was and error.
But I agree before Covid I have been given double points for this scenario. I offer to give them information on past no-shows, they told me they could check those cruises but double points never should have been given.
