In December 2022 I received email with e-docs 30 days before set sail date. Today I was told that is no longer the case! Now they are available 7 to 10 days via Royal check in app! Has anyone received doc this w any and how?

Shows are not showing at this time

On the four day Independence of the seas can you tell me what nights and times are the shows? My DIL’s first cruise and I want to get the most out of the short trip. Appreciate any information.

TSA will go through if you take it as a carry on. The X-ray machine can not tell what it is. At least that is my experience.

Did you set up two separate accounts and order one virtual visit at a time or did you order two. This would be my first time trying this way.

We sail 8/19 so hopefully I’ll get mine tomorrow.

Recently DH was a no show. I did not get double points and taxes and port charges for DH were not returned. I called customer service an for 1 1/2 hours tried to resolve. Next cruise I tried to resolve with Loyalty Ambassador. No luck so when I got home I wrote to Michael Bayley who had someone call me to say No double points No charges refunded. So total I spent about 10 hours to address what felt was and error. But I agree before Covid I have been given double points for this scenario. I offer to give them information on past no-shows, they told me they could check those cruises but double points never should have been given. Good Luck. Maybe let us know what does happen.

I am sailing on 8/19/22 out of Baltimore. Applied 7/19/22 nothing yet. I was told about a week before sailing they process them.
