Not been on CC since 16h June, have just read through the thread, so sorry to read of your

problems Gut, was glad I picked it up before it disappeared as I needed a laugh. My DH

has been in hospital for 12 weeks and has now had to go into a nursing home, luckily I only

had to cancel one cruise at no cost except we lost our FCC with Princess.

Hang in there Gut, will miss all the banter.:D

It wasn't out of date cheznandy, my TA was told they changed the rules the day before

she cancelled. We will probably still lose the $200 as I can't see us cruising any time soon

as the Doctors can't find out what I wrong with my DH. Don't get me started on the Medica

system, this has been going on for 5 months and still counting.:(

We recently had to cancel our cruise, our TA had very stern words with Princess when the FCD

didn't come back, the upshot was that the $200 is being sent back but it is no longer a FCD.

She said shegot very angry with them as she ha not received any notification about the changes.:mad:

Wish I could debark the 2 little yappers next door, can't even go down the drive without them

yapping their heads off, furthermore they have lived there for two years, you would think they

would learn.:evilsmile:

We were there in November and yes they are in the dock area, much

better but a bit of a maze.:D

Princess offered us a move over last year 4 days before the same perks

as the poster, we declined as we paid nearly $1000.00 in airfares, for

those who don't need to fly or in a younger age group where they don't

pay large travel insurance it would be a good deal.

Happy New Year everybody, let's hope we can have as much fun on here

as we have had in 2016, it's been great.:)

There were a lot of unhappy campers on the Dawn last month including me.

I don't know how they had set up but no way could a lot of get into our

email address, I tried 3 times and gave up, good job it was free but

some others were not.:confused:

Our itinerary on Princess personaliser is now showing White Bay, I wonder

how many are going to get caught out with this change, seeing it is last

minute. The ship must be full, I had a phone call from my Ta with a

moveover today. Very good deal if we didn't have that bit f water to

contend with and how expensive it is.:)

My TA hasn't let me know of the change, nor have I received an email

from Princess, what a nuisance I really don't like going from White Bay.:(

And Canberra.:p

I agree with you Gut, it looks as if we are getting about an extra 9 ships

in Burnie this season, good for the economy.:)

I have it at the moment, don't know where I picked it up, but I sure feel

rough, 4 days and still going, thank goodness it's still 5 weeks to our cruise.

We are supposed to be leaving on Dawn Princess on 6th November from

OPT back into white bay, can someone see if there is another ship in on

Darn, I would love to miss Lifou, we are going on Dawn Princess in

November, it would have been nice to go to another island and I too

would sooner go somewhere else rather than Noumea.:mad:

When the sun class ships go, we will no longer cruise, we dislike the

larger ships, we are also Princess tragics, not interested in P&O even

though they have the smaller ships.:D

When the sun class ships go it will be the end of us cruising, we sailed

on the Diamond last year as you know, Gut, but we found it too big

and we won't go to P&O.:(

To much info,haha,have you read some roll calls,cabin number,name,address,time of travel,whether using a debit card or other,how much money you are carrying.E-mail addys etc,etc Seriously.First names,surnames,adresses.Umm hello.:):)

I agree with you, very people have my email including banks etc and you

might laugh at my user name but nobody would have a clue how old I am,

when you live in a smaller community you learn to watch your ps&qs.:D

At home if it's a choice between another half hour in bed or breakfast the half hour snuggling with Mrs Gut comes up trumps.
