Cozumel is Mountain time and will be 1 hr behind Magics ship time. Magic sails Central time. Don't worry they will tell you what time it is when you get there vs ship time.

Jamaica and Cayman are the same time as ship time and Cozumel is 1 hr behind. So if its 8am ship time its 7am in Cozumel.

I think thats right. Thats what I remember from last time.

I got that email before and still arrived at 10:30. Was on board by 11:30. I just took snacks and iPads for the kids. Plus everyone is excited. The time goes by fast if you have to wait.

I just looked at my cruise and the excursion is being offered.

We have done Mariner (sister ship) and Magic. Prefer Magic hands down! We were bored on Mariner as were our kids. The ice show was fun and a few other things but we were totally ok when we got home to get off. We are booked again for Magic in Dec.

I think the $50 name change fee is if you are Early Saver.

SO COOL!! My kids were on the front waving like crazy! They cruised Magic March 2013. Little do they know they get to go for Christmas and will find out 4 days before we go.

I am fluffy at at least 250 and we zipped with Christopher Tours at South Shore Zip. Bucket list fun! My Step Dad that is bigger then me zipped with them too and he loved it!! Totally check them out!

I did the same thing. Cleaned out our bank account. LOL We just ended up getting a bank loan and left it paid.

I love Magic

I told hubby today we really need to figure out how to do a shuttle service from the airports just for cruisers! There is a need! However we don't have the finances or the know how to do it. :(

Thats a bummer. Sorry it didn't go well. We were on the same week (Easter week) last yr and had 1500 kids. They were actually pretty good. The only issue I had were the parents saving chairs for them while they played on the slides all day.

They did get annoying in hot tubs or near ice cream machines but nothing crazy like I have seen on the boards or experienced on other cruises.

Didn't have that problem when we were on Magic. We had 1500 kids on board too. I will say though I had a balcony room and could see if they were packed or not when I went in.

My son loves him! Has the stuffed toy in his bed as I type.

Wow, tea time on Carnival? This is news! Do all ships do this? Is it once per cruise, or more often? Where does it take place? Thanks.

 

P.S. We have seen children about 8 or 9, but no very young ones, at tea on other lines. You know best your child's ability to be well-behaved and enjoy herself, but I would hate for her to miss it if she is interested! As has been suggested, you can always excuse yourselves when she has had enough. Our experience is that tea is very flexible.

It is on sea days only in the dinning room. I wanna say its at like 3 or 3:30. Not new just not advertised very much.
