  1. That would be determined by the online TA. They set their own rules and regulations. My guess is the answer will be "no" but I could be wrong (I was wrong once! ;p ). Typically after final payment no price adjustments will be made.

TAs can try RCCL to do an upgrade free it will depend on who's is calling and who is answering and inventory[emoji12][emoji12][emoji12]

  2. Old San Juan if walk around old town. They have a trolley right off the pier and one block up to the right that takes you around for free but it can get crowded. Weather could be cool at first.

St Maarten has Orient beach with all nude to right and the family friendly to the left. Any other stops you can research cat tours and beaches. They abound and the local taxi wound steer you wrong.[emoji12][emoji12]

  3. Have bought RCCL insurance for a a number of years. Lately have had to cancel a number of cruises with no problem. It works. Had a travel pair who needed to. Cancel for medical is Sec with no insurance and if full penalty and after 9 months he was able to get a future travel voucher for some of the lost fare. Not the best outcome but better than nothing. There may be better private plans out there but for me I'd rather have it all with one provider[emoji12][emoji12]

  4. Good Morning -

We are doing our first B2B on the Adventure of the seas out of San Juan next week.

When we arrive back in San Juan - when will be able to get off the ship? Will we have our Sea Pass cards available to get off early and do an excursion? How will boarding be handled ?

    Thanks

The team will call you all together and explain procedures. You will be taken care of

  5. On a typical 7-day cruise, you will either see a real Broadway show (Oasis and Quantum classes, plus Liberty and Indy), or two production shows. In addition there will be a two or three headliners (comedian, magician, juggler, singer, tribute act, etc.).

Problem is Oasis and Quantum class don't do Alaska. But shows are great.

  6. The stock is at an all time high so it will cost dearly for your stockholders shares. I have not been able to take advantage of a credit for a very long time and probably will always receive discounts on cruise fare to preclude ever getting a discount for being a shareholder , unless they change the rules back[emoji12][emoji12][emoji12][emoji12].

  7. No insurance can be very expensive. I've had to use my insurance for 5 cruises due to health problems and have gotten everything back except for cost of insurance. Well worth it.

Call RCL for further info on just not chasing ship around.

Same for missing ship. Call RCL.

Getting $$ back can take a few weeks.

Future credit questions I'll pass on those[emoji12][emoji12]

  8. We usually choose either early or late traditional dining, but there seems to be MTD dining also offered, and I also see MTD early or MTD late. Can someone explain what the different MTD dining is about?

    Thank you.

You can show up and wait for a table at any time. However, they encourage early and later seating to help balance the flow. But mytime means anytime. Enjoy

  9. Air2sea can and usually is a great bargain. More importantly, if there are issues with flight delays and changes, they will do the leg work for you to get you to the ship or home. Our daughter and granddaughter had a flight cancelled on her return trip. Called the help desk and within 10 minutes had another flight for them. They are the real deal.

  10. I'm looking at going on Oasis in December 2018 for my first time on that class of ship and was wondering if anybody can give me some hints about the Boardwalk Balcony cabins. Pros? Cons? Are they noisy? Is the view of the Aqua Theater good? Is the view of the ocean good? I'm assuming you'd have to be in one of the rooms toward the back to see the ocean and of course they are pricier but if the view is good then it might be worth it.

Any comments would be welcome! Thanks.

Have been in many BBC and they are a great value with these caveats: the father aft you go the better, no deck above 12 and no deck below 10. The worst BBC are on the Harmoney because of the new slide blocks the aqua theater and sea view enough to negate those as reasons to book these cabins.

  11. I just finished paying up my final payment and want to get the RC formal customer receipt. I've looked all over the website, but can't find how to do that. Someone had given me instructions and a phone number to get my guest copy when I had made my booking. Alas, I can't find that piece of paper anymore (sigh) and need a reminder. Help please?

  12. They were checking each person's card and they did tell some folks traveling in a large group they would have to split up, but I am not sure about families. I am thinking you should be ok if you are traveling on the same reservation.

Spouses will get C&A status of highest guests level, if they are in the same cabin.
