Phase 1 of Caribbean is out, can someone explain the difference in phases? Is it by certain ships ?

Thanks can you link to a place that walks you through how you can connect the router since you have to go to a login place to input your username info to get on royals wifi. I imagine you would use the app on your phone to connect the mango to the SSID of the ship, and then somehow get to the icafe page to login via the router?

Thanks for sharing your experience that’s very helpful….I have been debating between this room (refundable deposit) and a Jr suite on deck 8 midship (non-refundable deposit) for the Allure on a Mediterranean cruise with the kiddos. Price difference is $3 if I consider the additional OBC that you get with the Jr suite from Amex, balcony rate does not qualify for Amex benefit.

What about noise from people going and coming from that entrance and the aqua shows or activities going on outside? We have toddlers so they sleep by 9/10pm and are concerned being so close to the aqua shows and the noise? Thanks.

Yea i have seen tons of videos, but wasn't sure how quiet that area would be. I guess if a lot of ppl know about it there will definitely be more traffic on the side that is open, one side apparently stays closed.

Hi All we are considering one of these Deck 7 Aft Ultra Spacious Balcony cabins but are concerned with the noise from the rock climbing, aqua shows, movies etc that will be playing at night. We have a 4 and 6 year old so they are usually in bed before 10pm. We are looking at the Allure but this would apply to any of the Oasis class, if you have stayed near the aft on Deck 7 can you please share your experiences with noise, movement any other things to consider. Thanks.

It’s so bizarre on Allure Cat 1A on Deck 11, I called and they told me those are not available. I think I have a theory though since this itinerary has both Barcelona and Rome as ports where you can get on, I think they are reserving those rooms for the May 4, 2025 sailing from Barcelona because it’s showing available there but not on the May 8th since it’s a 7 day and there would already be someone in the room. It’s bizarre how they allocate what port gets which rooms since for Rome they only have the aft balcony cabin 7330 and 7730 next to the rock climbing sections. Maybe @Ourusualbeach can shed more light.

Does Royal hold back cabins? I am interested in a specific category on the Allure, Cat 1A Ultra Spacious Balcony, and it has been showing sold out since release I believe. I find it hard to believe all those sold out the day of release on Deck 11, it just shows the aft balconies near the rock climbing wall.

Yes they are I checked on NCL.com as a comparison and you can get 2 cabins for the same price on a 9 day Epic/breakaway as 1 cabin on a 7 day on the allure. I am hoping it goes down here soon.

Agreed I have noticed a lot of issues, like rooms sold out or not all cabins available etc. I am hoping this is the infamous Royal IT and hopefully overnight will be resolved. Unless rooms are actually already sold out which I hope not. Can’t imagine ppl are booking directly already.

How do TAs book if the schedule has not been released? I guess how do people even pick before being able to see the itinerary or schedule unless its posted somewhere

Why don’t they just release all destinations all at one time. Why the staggered approach?

If you are in a JR suite on Odyssey how do you make reservations to CK? Do you have to make it every night or can you make it for the whole week at once? Is there a way to do it ahead of time before the sailing or do we go somewhere to do it? Thanks

How do you select if you want morning or night, do you just tell the steward? I heard suites are still twice a day does that include junior suites?

Given this it would be better for someone that needs a 4 person room to get a Next cruise voucher and booking one through the TA as they cannot join a group rate vs booking directly with a TA with no nextcruise voucher?

Hello - our cruise is mid December and my DW passport expires May 29, 2024. We got the below message re passport being valid for at least 6 months, are they going to give us any issues when we board?
