Cost of the private tours looked like it was $400-$800 for two people... hoping to get to get to Mermaid Chair for cheaper than that! Might need to reconsider our options. Or roll the dice and see if someone is willing to drive us out there and then take us back, I wanted to go to Brewers Bay Beach too... maybe start by going to Brewers Beach and then see if we can get to Mermaid's Chair? Isn't that near a hotel that people would want to go to and from?

Yes, sorry, I didn't mean this Saturday, just that it DST starts the day after cruise starts. Ok, well I will just make sure our phones update to the updated ship time on March 10th.

Our cruise starts on Saturday, Daylight Savings time springs forward an hour, do the ships also spring forward at that time? It's at least a day at sea, but messes even more with knowing what time it is on the islands we visit.

Anyone been to Lindquist Beach? Did you take a taxi there and is there good snorkeling there, or just a sandy beach?

Anyone just take a taxi and do the Zip line on their own? Did you make prior reservation or walk up? Is it worth it?

Is it possible to catch a taxi from any spot you go, wanting to do a few things off the beaten path, so I'm hoping we can just jump to different beaches, different shops and spots.

My wife and I like to see more of the island and visit a few beaches, maybe David's Hole and then back into town for Gulmhors for a bottle to bring home later... are taxi's available at each of these stops? A private tour is wasted on the two of us, but we want to visit a few places and stay longer if needed only.
