Crazy huh? I did try to explain this in a live chat and they just said call the phone number. Of course that one was busy for way too long so I gave up. Fortunately, I'm not looking to book anything right this minute.

Yes, I kind of messed that explaination up. But that just makes the pricing I'm seeing worse. Example, when I look at the cruise I referenced the standard fare for a balcony (before taxes) is $2,159, for Plus it's $2,909. That's a $750 difference for a 10 day cruise. For Premium it's showing $3,424, a difference of $1265 which is a lot more than $75 per day. Take a look at the Royal on February 19, 2023 for a balcony. Here's a screen print of the pricing.

I took a look at a 10 day RT Hawaii out of San Francisco on Feb.10, 2023. Someone needs to check their math. Here's what I noticed. The Princess Plus says it's up to a $700 per day value per guest but it will coast us an additional $750 per guest over the Princess Standard Package. The email shows that this package is $60 per day more than the standard so on the cruise I checked that would be $600, not $750, more per guest..The Princess Pemier is $1,126 per guest more even though the advertising says it's $75 per day per guest. That would be $750m not $1126. Not a good look. I won't be booking anything until they get this fixed.

We have the same problem. My husband will not use a cell phone. I think I can order my drink then sign out. Sign in as my husband and order his drink. It really is not a good design but maybe they will fix it if enough people complain.
