  1. Yes, B2B cruises are amazing. I think I would rather do a B2B than 2 separate cruises each year - I mean, if you fly to the embarkation port you are already there and it's like you flew for free on the second cruise. It's a special "feeling" you get on a B2B ... ummm..... except when you do finally have to get off! LOL! :p

Seeing the ship almost empty makes perfect timing for pictures too!

  2. I am currently booked in JS 9580 on Adventure of the Seas, but noticed that 7394, 7392 and 7694 are available. I have heard that the aft rooms might be preferable...should I switch? And if so, to which of the three?

We had 7394 and it was pretty good for three adults. A bit of noise week 2 from the upstairs Family Suite, but nothing major. Nice size balcony with two loungers and a little cafe size table with two chairs plus plenty of storage space.

  3. I would suggest posting this on a couple of recent Roll Calls. Members still talk there after they come back from their cruise, and it's still fresh in people's minds so perhaps they can help you.

    Thanks-I'll try that :)

They were showing Big Hero 6 last year and I fell in love with it...so much so I bought it when I got home :D

  4. Gosh, I can't imagine lugging sheets on a ship even when we're driving.

Some people also bring their own beach towels.

Glad people want to can and glad I don't have to. :p

I'd love to try and smuggle some of their sheets home with me though....so soft <3 I need to save space in my suitcase next year so I can buy a set of Cariloha sheets.

We've always had good state room attendants-Poppy always seems to get mixed in my bedding and has yet to make it to the wash with the sheets. Although by now he is a bit scary looking :D

  5. Nope...some have been BETTER than others, but we've never had one that didn't do what was expected of them. If that HAD happened, I would have called housekeeping, and complained onboard!

As far as the 'Save the Waves"...what a joke! We always hang our towels, and they've ALWAYS been replaced daily. On most cruises, our sheets are changed at LEAST every other day...whether we request it or not...I like that!

Same here-our last cruise we always got fresh towels-even the ones we left hanging.

  6. Oh bizarre! Thanks for posting the photo! People would actually pay $300 for an onboard setup like that and token dining and drinks?

    That is truly amazing.

We probably wouldn't spend enough time there to make the cost worthwhile.

I believe the cost is per day?

I think the cost is per day and if people weren't paying it, they would prob. get rid of the whole thing. I'm not anything special with C&A and wouldn't pay for a full suite ever, but shoving the people who paid a ton for their cabin and loyal C&A members into the nosebleeds was a dumb idea and not fair.

  7. Pro:

I got the whole deck to myself, no chair hogs with stuff about, plenty of loungers just for me, just meeeee

In seriousness we had to get off while they got a zero count and got back on right away. Our next seapasses arrived about day 6 of the first leg as well as a letter saying charges put onto CC blah blah or come see guest services if paying cash blah blah. We were off by 11:15am and back on by 11:30 :D
