When do the referrals show on the booking credits?

That's the way I've done them in the past...they're must be a glitch somewhere! -
My roommate got 2 other friends to book the same cruise as us,we booked with a TA. She filled everything out and so did her friends before we booked with the TA. Well it's been a month now and no sign of the referrals! I told her to resubmit again,, still haven't seen it yet.. I thought the TA has to apply the referral credits.. anyone know?

Well ,I used the chat feature on the site and the gal checked, she said it could be used for onboard purchases including Drinks,casino, tips and etc! I took a screenshot of the conversation just in case! Yay

It doesn't show on my booking as that...my ta is supposed to call on that. No where did it mention excursion credit,I assumed just regular obc.

I got one for 7/2,inside room,7 days Caribbean, $299 with $199 each on board credit....booked it, but the $199 on my manage cruise page says it's an shore excursion credit!!!! Uggh, was hoping to use it in the casino! Do you know if it could be used for anything else but excursions?
