We have stayed in that exact cabin. Love the quiet...it's at the back of the ship and not real close to an elevator, so there is little foot traffic. Nice covered balcony. :)

You can pretty much order anything you want at Sabatini's for breakfast...no need to stick to the menu. If they have it, they will make it.
We had a standing order for lobster omlettes with avacado and home fries. If you will be pressed for time in the morning, tell them the night before and they will have your breakfast cooked and waiting for you at an agreed upon time.
Fruit milk of the day was also very good at breakfast.

In Mexico they had drug sniffing dogs getting off and back on at the pier.

When I search on my phone or tablet, it will show results, but not let me open any of them.

To avoid confrontation, I would just call guest services. People can be nasty if confronted. I can't breath with cig smoke around me. The smoker does not need to know who reported them.

We have a Catamaran Sail and Snorkel with Captain Mike of Fury Charters on Feb 7. Not a ship tour. :)

We always eat in a specialty restaurant or do the balcony dinner on formal nights. Too much extra clothing to bring and it's not really our thing.

Also enjoyed the fruit milk of the day. I think they blended a fruit with milk...delicious.

Yes, it is expensive, but we have saved up for the cost and we like going for a massage. We already pre-paid tips and internet and balcony dinner, so our bill at the end won't be TOO bad. [emoji12]

Thanks!! We will book onboard!! Husband discovered the spa on our last cruise.

We will be on the Crown starting 2/2/18.
Is there any cost benefit to booking a spa service ahead of time in my personalizer? Will it be the same price if we wait and just book when we board?
TIA!!

f someone wants "suite benefits", then they should ante up for the suite. Don't get an inside cabin and complain you didn't get to eat in Sabatini's for breakfast. Higher cost equals more benefits.
There are different ships and cabin choices and itineraries...and this give more people the opportunity to participate. Choose your level of service and enjoy yourself and your vacation.

We have always tipped $100. They work extremely long and hard hours. We can afford it. It is a nice thing to do. I am sure many people with much messier rooms and more demanding nature leave nothing extra, and hopefully our extra makes up for that.

Eastern Caribbean. Feb 2nd.

I prefer ship time and local time to match. Who wants to do math on vacation? [emoji3]

Does anyone know if the Crown Princess is keeping time to island-time or ship-time?
One of our excursions said that from November to March, ships may operate on ship-time rather than local time due to daylight savings.
TIA.

I'm pulling for the Vikings...Keenum went to my husband's college, U of H. Giants and Texans are both dumpster fires this year.
I'm still gonna wear my Simms jersey.
Are our beloved cruiseships contributing to global warming and if so by how much?

If the ships do not have a scrubber, the new sulphur content rules for fuel started 1/1/20. This reduces the allowable sulphur content in bunker fuel.
