Where are you? I am in the UK and am having trouble as I can’t provide share holder proof dated within 3 months. They keep giving me the same answer, provide shareholder ownership dated within the last 3 months, as we haven’t had a dividend recently I am finding it hard, just wondering what proof you provided.

I’ve just had an email asking me to provide proof of ownership less than 3 months old for my Carnival share, normally I provide my last dividend confirmation. However, we haven’t had a dividend payment since March 2020. Has any one else had this problem? Of course we may get a dividend this month which would solve the problem, but not expecting one. Sailing with P&O in August.
