I noticed that you moved back to Illinois. Did not like Florida? Any details you want to share? :)
Hello. Yes I moved back to Illinois in January 2017. I didn’t have any family or friends in Florida. I got very homesick and it was time to come home. I moved back home to Illinois and I’m working for a great company doing what I love

Hello everyone. Yes I am still around. I just got off the Carnival Conquest yesterday to celebrate my best friend getting married onboard. It was a beautiful wedding
Sorry that I don’t do reviews anymore. Maybe I should do one for the Conquest. It’s been a while since I have done one.
Thank you all for your kind words about my reviews. They are a lot of work but they are fun to put together and I have met so many wonderful friends from here because of my reviews

WRIGLEY80 (Brianna I think) is still cruising. I guess she hasn’t done reviews lately though. Her reviews were always very well done.
Thank you. Yes I am very much still cruising. I just got off the Carnival Conquest yesterday
I haven’t done a review in a while but maybe I should do another one

That's her! I hope she's OK. She seemed very depressed when her father passed. :(
Hello. Yes I am ok. And you’re right I was very depressed when I lost my dad. My whole world was changed. I lost my best friend.

How far is the walk from where the pedicabs drop off to the pool area

Budget has a drop off location that i used in April. Dropped the car off and took Uber back to the hotel. It was like $20.00
Definitely well worth it by having a car

The last time we were in Progreso there was a bar in the shops just to the right of the fountain as you were exiting.
Is that bar still there?? They had Sol Beer at 5 for $10.00

Mr. Sanchos without a doubt. Been there three times and going back in a couple weeks. The people are friendly, the food is good, and the drinks are plentiful

You get a $5.00 discount for booking through Shore Excursioneer but i prefer to book directly with Mr. Sanchos. Then i know i am confirmed

I have done the manatee encounter twice in Cozumel through Dolphin Discovery at Chankanaab Park. It was an amazing excursion and both times we did it my dad and I were the only ones in our group. It was awesome

Yeah I am going to purchase a chocolate one tomorrow for my mom. We are cruising next weekend for her 60th birthday so it will be a nice surprise in the dining room.
We have 8 people in our party so I'm gonna order the big cake

It really is fun. The best was when we were on the Dream in late 2015, and the seas were rough. We were watching San Andreas and they got to the part where a huge rouge wave took out a cruise ship...everyone died laughing. To this day, dive-in movies are one of my favorite things to do on a cruise.
Thanks for the heads up. I told my girlfriend that I definitely want to watch at least one movie under the stars depending on the movie schedule maybe we will go a second night.
Movie, popcorn, and my blanket on a cruise in the middle of the ocean...that sounds like a great night to me

At 8:30am we made our way down to the Normandie Restaurant for the Sea Day Brunch. We figured that with the seas so rough there wouldn’t be many people there, but boy were we wrong. The line was fairly long, but it was moving quickly. I had forgotten that with so many veteran cruisers aboard, a little rocking and rolling wouldn’t deter anybody!
Here is the Sea Day Brunch menu……
We used our free drink coupons today. I had a screwdriver, while Patti ordered a Malibu bay breeze. We each had some breakfast cake…..
I had my usual ranchos hueveros with a side order of corned beef hash…..
Patti had a cheddar and tomato omelet with a side order od turkey bacon…..
To be continued……
Ok Jeff...ask Patti what is in the Malibu Bay Breeze. That sounds amazing

I'm hoping for mid-April [emoji6] particularly on the Valor. Seems like a good ship to start the backpacks [emoji846]

They are the best. We have rented from them 3 times before. I'll be back in Key West in July for 5 days so I can't wait to explore with our electric car and not have to be rushed to get back to the ship.
Flipper and Tommy Lee are the best

Kino Sandals are amazing. I always buy at least one pair while I'm in Key West. It's pretty cool to watch them being made too

I will see what I can do. Doing a review would be a good way to take my mind off of some other things that are going on right now
