We just got off this sailing. I'm done with Carnival. And I'll NEVER cruise from any port north of Florida again. It's not an extended vacation, people. And I'm not so in love with Carnival that I'll tow the company line and say it was anything but a cluster all the way around. Believe me, if I could in some way make sure you people making light of what went on on that ship the last three days would have to experience the "extra sea days," I would. You all deserve that for some of these ridiculous comments. Admins--proceed to delete the truth, as I'm sure you will.

Here's a news flash for you.  There are storms and hurricanes that regularly affect ships that sail from Florida, too.

  2. I always carry my passport separately from my driver's license.  If you lose one, you still have a backup.  Even though I have the passport and renewed my driver's license earlier this year, I bit the bullet and waited 3 hours at the DMV for the real ID because I shudder at the thought of how much time it will take the month before the deadline.  In our state they hold the document in one hand and keypunch with the other hand, which takes forever, and then they scan the documents.  But it was worth it to have a backup.

Never sailed out of New York before.  Booked Norwegian Encore to Bermuda in August.  Sorry if I'm missing it, but what pier in New York does she sail from ?  Haven't seen it anywhere.  Regards, Gerry.

You can also usually find the pier location on your cruise documents and the cruise line should have a link on their website for all of the port locations from which they sail.

  4. When Halloween falls on a day when you are on the ship, you will see a lot of people in costumes in the evening.  You might also hear some loud and out of control guests in the hallways when you're trying to sleep.

Wondering if anyone knows if the Magic has tables for two in the upper southern lights dining room along the rail looking down to the lower level.  Thanks..

Most of the ships have tables for 2 on the upper level next to the rail.  You can request one but are not guaranteed to get it.

What's wrong with eBay they will achieve your mission. I looked there are plenty of Carnival mugs with free shipping.

Nothing.  I just want to know if they're being sold on the ships.  If so, I prefer to buy one new when I'm on the ship.
