  1. There is a very nice Suite Lounge on deck 14. The Diamond Lounge is just outside the Star Lounge on Deck 5 and is quite small. The Star Lounge was used highly for Diamond events during our South Pacific cruise a year ago. The Voyager was amplified in 2019, but did not receive all the upgrades Navigator (and Mariner?) received. That was a big topic of discussion as many Australian guests felt it was due to Voyager being in the their market versus the USA.

  3. The first announcement WAS “take it or leave it,” but a few days later other options were offered. Fortunately, I found out about them on FB because our TA never notified us. When I called her and sent proof (emails friends had received), she “put in the request” to change to move our Inaugural Galveston Allure sailings (4 night with the following 7 night B2B) to B2B 7 night Symphony. After 2 weeks with no response, I called Resolutions who found no record of that request. They contacted the TA and the day before the deadline to move, we were successfully shifted to Symphony as r

Definitely leave another message with your TA (and one with the agency management) that you need to talk to someone before tomorrow especially if intend to cancel the cruise (If that is the decision you’ve made) so it is done BEFORE they process your final payment. In fact, I’d suggest calling Royal to be sure the TA hasn’t already submitted your payment .... especially if you haven’t heard from the TA in awhile. If you booked a non-refundable deposit (NRD) fare, you will receive Future Cruise Credit (FCC) instead of a refund. Normally, you would be charged a $100 per person cancelation penalty with the remainder of the deposit issued as FCC. That penalty is waived when you cancel using the Cruise With Confidence policy.
