We purchased ours holders from another company and love them. We fly from MT so we do not attach before we fly - however I do put a copy on top of my clothes in my luggage along with an itinerary just in case the bags get lost. I photocopy on florescent paper so they are really easy to spot. Put them on at the hotel and off to the port - couldnt be easier!

I also take a refillable water bottle on board. Our room attendant makes sure I have ice in the ice bucket and I fill it up with ice and water.It sure beats paying for it :)

I printed mine on bright orange paper - nobody complained :) and made it easy to spot. By the way our color was orange

When we were on St Maarten I purchased a bag of classic lays at the market because I didnt want to stop to eat - I was enjoying myself to much. I then ate the chips later on. I also found them on the buffet one evening while my DH was snagging cookies for a snack.

We had exceptional service by our room attendant on our last cruise (ice in bucket without asking, towel animals everynight, called us by our first names etc) so I left $20 half way through then another at the end of the cruise. We were treated like royalty. Ours friends got one towel animal and no ice, and never saw their attendant - but they never tipped either. I like to show people they are appreciated. They treat me good - I treat them good. just my opinion.

We have only done Princess and Norwegian. If I had to chose one it would be Princess. The atmosphere is a step above Ncl. I was disappointed that they did not have the big atrium and staircase on the Norwegian Jewel. The drinks on Princess were so much better (I am not a lush) =). The nightly entertainment on NCL was outstanding. But Princess has the Movies under the stars and we spent alot of time on deck just relaxing and watching movies etc. during the day. My husband liked that alot. The food was great on both. We ate alot in the dining room and were never disapointed. We order coffee to be delivered to our room in the moring to enjoy on our balcony. Both cruise lines were great. I think they are both good and would not hesitate to use either one. We are doing the 10 day Panama Canal on the Coral Princess in Oct. I am very excited.
