I asked the manager after being turned away and he said no. I was stunned. I was dressed better then anyone in jeans that were allowed in. I even mentioned the rule of first night but nope!

First night on epic our

Luggage wasn't in room yet so I wore black dressy capris with a pretty shimmery blouse and jeweled sandles. They wouldn't let

me in the dining room. And there has always been a rule thar first night anything goes as not everybody has their luggage yet. We ended up eating at the bar.

Now at 39 days til Bermuda on the Breakaway! It's getting here fast!

Out of al our cruises we only ordered lobster once. It as kind of rubbery and tasteless. We never bothered again. I can get much better from our local supermarket. Lol. As far as rest of the things you listed we saw fireworks off of the getaway and DCL. Disney does it much better! We weren't that impressed with NCL fireworks.

We have been on NCL, Carnival, and DCL. NCL is our favorite. DCL was nice. You couldn't pay us to take another Carnival cruise! We were even two of the people to get thar free cruise offer a couple years ago and I took great joy in ripping them up. You will have a fantastic time on NCL. We will be heading to Bermuda Sept 11 out of NYC and can't wait!

I like NCL. Granted I've only been on NCL, Disney, and Carnival. NCL is definitley my favorite. I don't get the nickel and dime complaints. No one forces you to buy stuff. We have had nothing but good experiences on their ships. Disney was nice but super pricey. Carnival was the one and only cruise where I was so happy to be home. Lol

Yeah there is no room to leave them in the hall ways. Someone tried that on our getaway cruise and they were made to squeeze it in their cabin. The halls are barely enough for people and if there is a housekeeping cart in hall good luck getting by it.

Honestly this sort of makes me happy. Now my husband won't force us to drag water and soda with us!!

Thanks! I already reserved my dining and shows on my own. Really can't think of many requests really either. Maybe a certain type of snack for afternoon and that's it. Last time I upgraded to a suite and had no idea I could request anything. Lol day after day we got these tiny nasty appetizers that went uneaten. If I had known I could ask for other stuff I would have!

We are booked in the haven on the breakaway in September. I paid it off 2 months ago. When can I expect to hear or get a letter from concierge? Thanks!

I just tell the staff that the items on this chair haven't been claimed in hours and they remove the stuff. Very easy and I don't have to touch anyone's stuff.

I like all of the promos. We got all the ones you received plus the wifi and excursions. If we decide not to use that all 3 days it's only $50. Actually I know we are not doing anything but sitting on a beach one day.

I'm going with my husband so don't have an issue on it being for the room. Just wondered how it was split. It must be $25 per person per day then? Either way I think we are only doing one big excursion but now wondering if we should do 3, one each day.

I booked a Haven suite when it came with the 4 deals. Looking at my amenity list it shows adult beverage for 2, 250 min internet package, CHOICE SHOREX ( MAX FOUR PORTS), specialty dining for 2, 4 meals each, $25 onboard credit.

What is this CHOICE SHOREX ( MAX FOUR PORTS). I remember something about us getting a free excursion or money toward it but there is no amount listed or what this is for. Also I see nothing about if drink package has the gratuity paid or if we have to pay it. Anyone know? Thanks!

Just logged into my account to see when final payment is due and it tells me i only have 146 days to sail! Wow that time went by fast. So I already have the 4 speciality dinners in my amenities and wanted to book those. I do not see a place for it. Only thing that comes up under dining is the to purchase the dining plan. No choice of restaurants. Where can I actually book those. I can't remember when I did it on our last cruise.

I saw that derailment on an alert. Crazy someone left a backhoe on the track! I double checked our time coming in and it's 915 am. Should leave plenty of time to get to the ship. We usually sail out of Miami and fly in day or two before. Looking forward to taking a train the day of! I know delays can happen but barring a derailment we should have plenty of time. Incase of a derailment we will have worse issues then missing a cruise.

Looking at the breakaway deck plans and wondering myself. We are in haven courtyard and ther is nothing that juts out from any room. All show as prefect rectangles.

We have never had check in times on NCL. We just showed up. This upcoming cruise we are in a suite and plan on arriving early no matter what we are told. On Disney you get a time and they won't let you in the line til your time.

First cruise was just my husband and I. Next 4 cruises was still us. Once I went with the kids and my mom on a Disney cruise. One cruise was husband myself and 2 sets of friends. Best cruises are with just my husband and me. No others to deal with and a great chance to reconnect

On the form you fill out before the treatment there is a place in comments. I always write no sales pitch please! I've never once been bothered.

We went on the epic with my daughter who is vegan. We only ate dinner in the specialty restaurants the entire week. Every single one of them made her a delicious dish right there. It wasn't from the buffet. Even in Modernos, a meat lovers paradise, they created a beautiful dinner for her. Was great!
