    I would delete both and re DL them both directly from the App Store, just to get the most up to date version. Normally you could just update but since you are already having issues I would just 

    delete the App off both and DL the updated version from the App Store.

    He is on the other cruises, just not on the one I changed yesterday.

    I had this happen,  I ended up just downloading  the App again and it synced back up. 

    You can also logoff yourself and log back in as your spouse and fill out the forms there. (Obviously that's a work around and not ideal but it does work)

    If you haven't updated the App recently (This week)  they did fix some bugs so it's worth updating.

    On the next page in the top right corner Add Guests (Click)

    Add the Booking Number and hit search

    The Samsung Galaxy 10 has a 9.0 operating system and the App works on 8.0 or higher so that's not the issue. 

    The issue could be that your phone doesn't have enough space to hold the App.

    I don't want to say delete the old App to create space on your phone which may allow for the new one if that's not 100% the issue.

    I have an iphone and not an Android but the App is 395M

    (according to Google Play Store)

    If you know where to look on your phone that shows storage space, I would start there. 

     

    Maybe someone better versed with  an Android phone  could jump in with a way to troubleshoot as well.

That has an orange circle with an exclamation point in it. I can't see how to accept it. None of the links are live on that page. 

     

    If I go back and click on "Next Step," it just brings me back to that page again and the links still don't go anywhere.

    Did you end up updating the App?  When was the last time you reinstalled it?

     

    I went through the steps above as you described and obviously you should be able to click on all those items and they should open so you can accept the passenger contract.  If you are using an older version of the App you need to update it, the app went through a significant debugging this week.

    I’m curious how this would work, it seems to me, we can say we’re open, but if you don’t have the correct documentation that means nothing.  

    We all have the same paper card from the CDC. That's what we use for all travel that is open. Some states have created other options as well for digital but the majority of travelers will just have the paper card which is the "Official" Vax Proof

    I only have an ios operating system but in the App store you can read compatibility.

    See if a list is available in the play store. I’ll try to do some research for you as well.

    I am noticing no improvement/changes at all in behavior of MC App after downloading the new version.  I had not experienced the issues above, other than no access to DMW for a B2B2B.

     

    Still do not have access to DMW for that.  Funny thing is (but not so funny), I did have access to DMW when it originally came out.  And then, not, for the multiple B2B2B.  

    I also had access to DMW when it was first introduced but somewhere along the way lost it. Today I was finally able to make DMW reservations for all 8 of my upcoming trips including a B2B2B.   Fingers Crossed that those reservations are here to stay 🙂

    Hopefully it is worked out for Android soon.

     This took me by surprise, as I mostly prefer to do booking myself, and if I wanted to use one, I would call the 800 number and probably use whomever picked up.

     

     Also, since the 2023 schedules have come out, I did put one on hold last week and since have received two phone calls from this person. I have never sent back this form stating that I agreed to calls.

     

     Has anyone else had or heard of this happening? And would it be worth elevating?

    You are always assigned a PVP regardless if you use them or not. I received a recent email and phone call as well to update me that my PVP has changed.

    I think they are reaching out to make everyone aware that they exist if you need them. With hold times reaching  1.5 hours it’s an expedited process if you need any type os assistance.

    We've sailed on several Medallion cruises in the past and only have one APP Downloaded (on my phone).  My wife has never had a problem ordering drinks or shopping on board just using her Medallion.  My wife's IPhone is an older version and the App won't download anyway; thus one App works for us.

    You can still access multiple accounts through one app. Just sign off and sign back in with a different credentials.

    I have not tried to link bookings on Medallion App - though I am sure that data is separate from Princess site.

     

    If I Manage Booking Without Login, my wife's name and DOB and Booking Number give access to the booking ! This is the sort of thing that niggles at me 🙂

     

    Do you sign out of the app when you are trying to switch between you and your wife?

    1.Security Photo

    None of these photos are repeated and while your passport is open for scanning it prompts you to take a picture

    To clarify for anyone else who this may help

    When I state "Passport Photo" I'm not referring to your headshot(that beautiful picture of yourself)  but the full photo of your physical passport.

    I have been dealing with this s--t since 4;30 and I am done after this post. Tomorrow I am cancelling $50000 worth of cruises not my next two almost all paid. I am going back to RCCL none of this none sense and wasting my time.

    You should be able to see your passport photo, I can see my entire passport photo on the App when I  go into the travel document section.

  15. 1. You only scan the bar code on the bottom-should turn green and give you a successful scan message

    2. The App should have access to your camera and then you take a photo of the passport (You have to give the app access to your camera-usually it asks this question when you Download it-If you need to re download the App you don't lose the info you have already input it will save it) 

     

    It's a 2 step process, if it's a black box you need to just retake the photo most likely not the scan

    RCCL is requiring unvaccinated to pay more and it's on a volunteer basis, so it's up to you if you want to face the restrictions and the higher costs.
