  1. We did one in August. There is a letter telling you the procedure that arrived in cabin two days prior. We went to quasar. Swiped card and they were taken off us. There was a table with new passes which we were given and then we swiped them in. We could get off ship once we collected a transit pass.
  2. We were in a CS in August. Mini bar not included, price list in fridge Evian not included but canned water replenished daily
  3. Just watched a u tube video by"Zach the travelling man" which gives his retreat views from last month. This is after the butler changes and wow just wow . He was not happy.
  4. We are in 1618. Butler is Gede, room steward is Jeffrey. They are both staying onboard
  5. Currently in a CS on silhouette. Normal butler experience. Excellent service from both room steward and Butler. Cannot complain.
  6. You go to your meeting point, usually the theatre, One person takes all tickets for your whole group to retrieve your bus sticker numbers. No problems that way
  7. We were in a Royal Suite in September on the Silhouette. The beds can be split but only a few inches as the side tables are fixed. This works fine. There will be a kettle and tea tray in your room as standard. It will be replenished by the butler who will also supply clean cups, saucers etc.
  8. In my experience you go to your meeting point, usually the theatre, One person takes all tickets to the excursion staff and you are given your stickers You will then get all the same numbered sticker which is your tour group.
  9. Was on board last week. I would say it was 50/50 It was certainly more than I have seen recently but as we had 3 chic nights it was probably Worth the effort
  10. We were also on this cruise in a R S. I agree with everything you have mentioned apart from check in. we were seated in the retreat. area and went through a separate scanner with our carry on. I too missed the podium speakers. Our sail away invite was Gibraltar. according to our butler 4 suites had covid passengers.
  11. I have a phone number if you need it but is an international one
  12. No problem. Maybe see you on board ,negative test permitting.
  13. Concierge is called Erin email conciergeerin@celebrity.com
  14. Oh my. That is amazing. Would solve issues
  15. We are on the Silhouette. I understand that the layoutte is similar to your description. I just thought that the bed would split. We have never had this issue in any other cabin. I just don't want to sleep on a sofa bed for two weeks.
  16. My daughter and I are in a Royal Suite in two weeks. Had shoreside concierge contact us last week. one of our requests was to have the beds split. We have just had a response saying no. It is a true king size bed. They will make up the sofa bed. Would not have booked this suite had we known. usually book a celebrity suite as we like the separate bedroom. Daughter goes to bed early. Looks like I will be on the sofa as otherwise I cannot stay up in the lounge if she is trying to sleep. we could share a bed but not really keen.
  17. Do they charge for galley/bridge tours?
