How awful!  I was planning on spending some time in the Spa while on the Zuiderdam in November, but now I will not.  It is very frustrating that HAL is doing nothing for her.  I find it very hard to believe they are unable to do anything!

In retrospect she should have refused to take the product.

No, you can not.  I typically book it as soon as I get onboard.  There are several desks that offer specialty dining reservations.

Lately, we are going in two days pre-cruise and staying one day post cruise.  I highly recommend it.  We are less stressed and better rested.

Another thought is to stay one day post cruise in San Diego and leave the next day on the non stop.

My membership is good through 2027.  It seems my PCC always has to call to get it added.

It does not happen automatically for me.

We had this room on our PC cruise before the class change.  It greatly enhanced our cruise!  Wishing you a wonderful cruise.

There is a separate line outside.  You will be one of the first in.  Once past security there will be a priority check in area plus another priority seating area.  Again you will be one of the first on.  This was our experience in December on two separate sailings.  Enjoy!  We love San Diego.

Is this a new feature?  I am aware of a separate line but no separate dining area in the MDR.

IT's cruise day.  What a JOYFUL day!!!  The Happy Hour at the Golden Lyon as well as the Boathouse can not be beat!  We love the Riverside and surrounding area.

Thank you!  We typically take the HAL platinum policy because we need a cancel for any reason policy.

We had the pleasure of staying here for four nights in February.  I agree, the staff is outstanding!

And, you can not beat the rooftop pool/bar area.

For the most part I believe this is only with Alaska.  Just an observation.
