Paulchili & AWED23,
Thanks for the information-very helpful.

Maybe the Chairman's favored, but my guess it's mostly a good marketing tool......

Any one know how far the port is to the city center?
-
Didn''t know that, every time we've eaten at La Reserve (4 Times) it's been 7:00PM.
And it's been one of the best dinner we've had a the ship, others we're very, very good but La Reserve is not to be missed.

It's easy, it's under Oceania Club, than Loyalty Program. You just need to know how many cruise's you have been on.
-
But really these lounges are nothing to write home about.
-
It's pretty easy with the internet. Find out what you can get it for, get "O" pricing, then you have your answer.
-
Jim & Stan, Thanks, I'll make a copy this time.

On an up coming cruise were in the back in the "O" suite. On other cruise's we've been in an Owners Suite which is really nice, but a bit to big. We enjoy the back of the ship so that's why we picked the "O" suite hope it's nice. I know Jim and Stan posted a layout once but I can't find it, could you post it again for us and everyone else (Please).

Every person as their own view of what luxury is--for me it's the enjoyment of doing what I want when I want. It's going to dinner without the hassle, letting the butler bring me coffee and a roll in the morning. And just doing nothing at all sometimes. I enjoy "O", they but the frosting on everything for that little extra I want.

Yes it's true, and mostly the best way to handle this. What else can they do?
-
Yes you see ties, but not on me. Really it doesn't matter.

We've had it only on one cruise (many sea days) and we missed it somehow but everyone we talked to said it was great. We're on the May New York to London so I really hope they have it during that cruise.

As long as you have ID, passport(s) and s copy of your booking you all should get on the ship as you like.
-
Not really, you should have the best of both worlds--your paying for it, you wouldn't accept that type of service on land.
Very nice report, thanks.

We didn't, we just had to buy the tickets. I think because of the limited flights they just don't come up that easy.

We use to bring wine on the ship for the cabin and restaurants (corkage), but with the drink packages-why? It's a very good value and none of hassle.

No, the ship arrives in New York at 7:00AM from Lima. So it should be normal boarding times.

Unless you plan on coach, mileage seats are very hard to get on Air Tahiti Nui and Last I looked Air France only had Business Class & Coach, no First Class on this plane. And seats didn't come easy. So if your looking for a mileage seat better book the day they open up those seats. You may have to check a lot, if you don't get them early.

We think the spa is a little pricey, but very nice & good. We get a deck pass because of the suite, but the terrace area really isn't that much to write home about. And they really don't police it like they should.

Thanks for the information. We have one of the "O" suites in the back of the ship, plan to have dinner in the suite that night to see the view.

Except when you get free gratuities, etc from the ship, you don't get the America Express goodie---my understanding is you don't get both. I don't really understand why and you should get both but you won't.

Worth every penny and then some, really. The food is done just right, the wines are great and the service is the best. If you can't eat something that's being serviced-just let them know and you'll get something else for that course.
Well worth the time, a great evening.

I think any group could be a problem, however to make it liveable would depend how they act as a group. I wouldn't want to be on any cruise with a large group--that said it's business for the cruise line and it's not going to stop anytime soon. (I'm talking about Companies & Schools-not travel groups)
