  1. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/3002552-any-one-else-having-trouble-logging-in-to-app-and-website/#comment-67227716 Creating a new password and login again, worked for me.
  2. I changed my password on the website and after logging in on the app, with my new password, I was able to use the app without a problem.
  3. Bought the upgraded drink package for our Iceland sailing in Aug 2024 with 35% flash sale 10,82 Euro pppd. The Wifi upgrade is now 20% off 6.28 euro, I wait a bit till a flash sale.
  4. If you like architecture, don't forget to have a good look at the Central Train station! It could be your starting point or end stop if you follow FreestyleNovice route.
  5. The difficulty is the distance and that some taxi's just don't want to cross the border. It will be pricy as well. Its 2.5 hour drive, 135 miles/220km. 220 km times 3 euro per km = 660 euro one way as a guess. What about the train? Just one transfer in Brussels? ~50 euro per person? Rent a car? The roads from Amsterdam to Genth/Brugge are very straightforward. If you have a car you can also visit Knokke for a walk near the beach and dinner or lunch. Same for Antwerp, really nice to spend a few hours. Be aware that Antwerp is really bad going into town by car.
  6. https://www.spido.nl/en is also nice to do in Rotterdam. Knowing that you will be on a cruise (before or after), but the boat tour is nice to see the corners of the Rotterdam harbour area.
  7. The Tuesday market is a real 'market'. So more food (cheese, meat, bread etc) for locals to do their groceries. In my opinion not a tourist attraction. But combining it with the cube houses and the Markthal, its fine to add 30 min or so.
  8. Thanks CruiseCrew, alternative is then to downgrade the Classic to Zero Proof as my wife is drinking no alcohol anyways.
  9. OK, thanks. Well one of our teen kids has the zero proof package, where Pelegrino/Perries is included strangely. We could always ask her to get the sparkling water together with a Coke or so then.
  10. We sail in August and I was wondering if we can have (non-premium?) sparkeling water served in the MDR during dinner as part of the classic drink package? Also you need to order 1 drink at the time, but would a glass of wine together with a soda work?
  11. Great! Thanks so much! Will give them a call.
  12. I booked online with X, did not choose the refundable deposit. Not past final payment (sailing in Aug). For European customers (Netherlands), can I have my fare adjusted now the price has dropped?
  13. Its a major city so can be crowded. We have been during summer holidays (august) and it was very doable re crowds. However you can choose yourself, to avoid crowds, just go early or late to the main sights.
  14. Yes, for sure. We went last year first time also with an overnight stay on the ship (Azamara Onward). My first impression was a modern, clean and friendly city. Lots of things going on, very easy going. The dock/cruise port is very modern and there is lots to see in the area. For the main sights (grand bazar, mosques) you can walk (45 min it great) or take a tram (avoid taxi's and Uber is unpredictable). If you been to Rome and Barcelona, I would choose option 2 🙂
