  1. We had the opposite experience in April on the Grandeur. Our OBC was split and we both had to go to guest services to transfer it all into one. I currently have our account on our Oct cruise as a cash account and I will pay for my DW. So sometime during the cruise we will head down to guest services and sort everything out.

  2. You have to withdrawal it from the Casino not Guest services? And it's a hit or miss if you pay the 5% surcharge. Things to keep in mind. Thanks everyone who has given their feedback. Our cruise isn't for another 7 weeks so we will report back our experience with the OBC.

  3. So the consensus is, if you have purchased an OBC then when checking in, check in as a cash account. On our Grandeur cruise, our OBC didn't appear on our account until the next day. When you check in, do you have to give them cash to start your account?

  4. Hello

We are stopping here on our way down the Ft lauderdale and will be in port from 7am to 9pm. What is the easiest and cheapest way of getting from the port to downtown around Boston Common or Quincy Market? Any help with private tours or "must see and do" would be appreciated. We have been here for a Bruins game and did the duck tour so we are a little familiar with the area.

    Thanks

  5. Thanks for all the help and support, I finally got someone to give me the credit! Yeah! I purchased $500 ship credit for $550 Canadian. But as I mentioned while I was on the phone with this gentleman he did say that they had a meeting about the exchange rates but the mucky mucks would get back to them so I see this loop hole closing soon.

Again thanks for everyone's input and support. Now my DW can get that spa appointment she's always wanted.
