Things had changed. 2023 we saw more downgrades. On the verge of quitting. Might try NCL again or Princess ? Something was very strange about that Voyager sailing. I can't believe that the storm turned the ship, or stalled it.

The hosts seemed dis-organized. Should have addressed our concerns. Line to cashiers was open for a long time and backed up. Other passengers coming in to use as indoor smoking in front corner. Rest of the casino was blocked and patrolled lol.

Well, I just had to setup a login and new password. WE just did 5 day Voyager of the Seas. Missed docking at Costa Maya on Wed Jan 24. Instead we floated around the Cozumel area. Then docked when a another ship left. We spent the night there so casino was closed. We leave Cozumel late Thursday. casino opens then closes 2 A.M. Friday opens again 8 A.M. Storm hits us about 2 P.M. and casino closes not to open back up. Could not finish and points for certs or card level. Could not redeem points for Free Play. Who at Royal do we complain to ? Roughly casino only open 3 days. Oh a row of slots fell over. They were removed early on. Ship well back on course by 5 P.M.

No, folks have been seeing them for several months now. My wife and I started getting them about 2 months ago. Sometimes just a comp for one.

Not exactly. Just this past week I started getting emails for a new cruiser. He (?) had completed a 5 day cruise and played 182 points. I contacted Club Royale with the C&A number. Got email stating they fixed the error. Well maybe ???? We shall see. The email actually claimed my long standing account had been associated with multiple users !!

My 2023 Tier3 offer (Prime) EXCLUDED Wonder of the Seas for most dates. Icon and Utopia for all dates. I had 3 new offers drop this week. All were Florida or L.A. Not any from Galveston.

My wife played 2600 points first week of May. Still nothing but 3-5 day sailings out of Florida, and those are usually one person.

Just got another offer. Florida and one L.A. No Galveston.

When did you sail Venezia ? Royal was much better dining PRE covid. The Sept 23 we did on Dream was one of the worst of 40+

Carnival has gone downhill just since November. We did Glory. Then just finished Dream. Carnival re=worked food menu in January. Not as good as in November. They did not get hardly any food items right. I have been on 40 cruises. 3 this year on Royal. One coming up. Royal food not as good as it was. However for sure beats Carnival. As for Royal offers ? I guess they want us to quit. Wife played 2660 points one sailing April and totally worthless offers. None from where we sail, Galveston. We both are PRIME and Diamond.

I like Woodford, but did not get the offer. Also I would be just coming off a 2 week Carnival cruise. Not sure if I can stand that 2 week cruise in mid January. Not sure how crazy CDC WHO might be by then.

You get your FREE inside cruise the year after earning Prime. They may send you better offers before then. After April 1 the free cruise should load into your offers account. Well at least you have free drinks in the casino this year and next. Our offers are not as good as they had been over the years.

My wife just got a Galveston offer. Harmony 3-17 inside. Or Voyager 4-5 days in April 2024. Well so much for earning PRIME again in late April. She had a larger loss than usual too. The certs showed 7 day cruises from Galveston. BUT that was not so. They were already full.

Just the same junk for me. Inside cabin 4-5 day sailing from Floriduh. I need Galveston or NOLA.

My wife and I each got one of those 4-5 nighters from Florida. No thanks Mr Royal. I guess that is what we get for each of us already earning Prime.

Same for my wife and I. All from Florida. I might consider Galveston or New Orleans. Might be it does not matter with the Fed Govt pushing for masks again. Some colleges have already adopted masks and distancing. 2 nurses I know have already been told to get ready for it.

We were on the Adventure in Feb. The only slot paying some was the $1 Diamonds or triple Diamonds. Had to bet more than a dollar.

I have seen some posts where RCCL has increased it on some sailings to 1500 points. My early April sailing I spoke with some fellow cruisers on Allure. Got their 1200 cert, and no 7 days sailings on it. They were disappointed. My wife picked up her 2000 cert early. It showed some 7 days sailings. Went to Next Cruise. Nope, offers were gone. Only 3-5 days actually left to book. After getting home I phoned/emailed Casino Royale trying to get a 7 day. NOPE ! We go on Carnival Sep 23. We are both PRIME and DIamond.

"I don't understand" That makes 2 of us. Nothing new in our Club Royale offers. I had $50 FP the other day BUT 3-5 day sailings. I think I even had a 100 FP BUT again 3-5 day sailings. You better grab it soon.
