No the casino voucher I picked up show Allure in May, Sept and Oct. BUT even before we ended the week. Cruise Next said all 7 day offers are gone. Then why did the casino even give it out ?

Glad someone is getting offers that can be used. Not much for us from Royal. We each played back to PRIME in April and first week of May. Only getting $$ off or 3-5 day sailings. Even the casino voucher we got about mid cruise we could not use for a 7 day. Of course they were listed BUT no more slots available. I just don't want to spend the time to drive 6 hours to port, usually Galveston. Then only do a 5 day to same old stops. We are Diamond too. Platinum with NCL. 17 cancels and re-books during COVID. Now even Carnival might look better ?

First week of May on Allure I had 2000+ plus cert "Free Inside cabin" . I could not book a 7 day on the Allure using that near worthless cert.

I got a "Wildcard" 23VAR5. Just inside cabin on 3-4 day sailings out of Florida. All the offers for us have been stinko since March.

I found this interesting. Monday I also called the CC company to inquire on my bonus credit and a few items. That call went well. That rep was in Philippines too.

Twice yesterday we were nearly done. The 3rd call and we were down to giving the CC to finish. Dropped again. So far the emails have been no help. I was told one time by rep Monday. "Don't use the redeem offer feature when there is a next cruise booking involved". Good to know after the fact. Last Tuesday I did the redeem feature which got messed up. I did not get a new reservation email until Sat night. My deposit was not applied. Went downhill from there.

4th call on Monday was dropped too. At least she phoned back. Still have gotten nothing completed. Yesterday I even sent a photo of the Instant Cruise Cert to club royale. Looks like they just want to keep my deposit and not give the cruise. Very childish operation.

I called Sunday. Long wait then a dropped call. I called today Monday. Have had 3 dropped calls. 2 times the rep in Philippines had my callback number. No callback. All calls went to Philippines. Royal STINKS !

The same with me until Lois Lerner time. They were CROOKS.

Very interesting. Just a computer error I am sure. However I had a Lois Lerner shake down back 2010 or 11. It was over W2-Gs. Local agent said all OK. But file had been transferred to Lois Lerner office. So he could not make the decision. 2-3 years later I was speaking with my Congressman's office. "Oh we see you had a Lois Lerner audit." I was informed they had a list of those audited. Hope you get a proper resolution. Just think 87,000 armed IRS agents ? What the heck ? On another note. The offers on ship and in Club Royale have been really lame lately. $200 off, $300 off. Even after 2000-3000 point trips.

My Prime tier offer is on website. First offer dropped since end of March. Only for $300 off 23Jun105. No thanks. Not looking good on my end. Just played over 2000 points end of March. Sailing again April 30. We shall see soon if offers pick back up..

I used the online redeem 2 months ago. I put in notes the cabin I wanted. I got it.

I played 2300 points the end of March. They just dropped me an offer of $300 OFF my next booking. If they keep that up ? That will be the last I play.

No. The offers were a comped cabin for 2. As this was a first of April rollout. I expect that more offers will come always before.

On bottled water. Never had a problem getting two from casino bar.

it has been hit and miss. I usually can get two, but have been questioned about it. Most cruises the wife and I both are Prime.

Wow that would be a bummer. I had no problems on Allure the end of March just going to casino bar. I go again April 30. We shall see.

I played the last week of March. Put in the points to make Prime and get a casino offer. I did book the casino offer with Next Cruise. No extra charge for my wife doing the booking on March 31 .

Isn't Princess owned by Carnival ? I have a couple of Carnival cruises booked. they were better offers than Royal.

I used to get balcony and Jr suite offers. I had 17 cancels and re-books during the lock down. We could not sail until October 2022. The offers started drying up before then. What I will be looking at is will they resume the offers after making Prime again. Before covid the wife and I both were Prime.

I think they have cut back. I have not received a mail offer in several months. I do get some email offers, but most are just $$ off. This past week, I did get from casino and cruise next an offer ending c05. It had mostly inside cabins. I did get to see the next level up c04. It was mostly oceanviews. Our Club Royale accounts have been set to zero. However my wife actually played on the ship April 1. The host was constantly on PA saying "earn by March 31. April 1 starts new year." I will send them an email about her points. I do have an inside offer that was dropped in 2-3 weeks ago. It expires end of April.

Your player card level will remain through March 31, 2024. Your points set to zero April 1, 2023. If you want a higher card level ? You have to play those points in 2023 until March 31, 2024. To keep that card level. It is the same requirement. Prior to COVID I think Royal had a better program. Have done 17 or so NCL. A few less with RCCL. Some Carnival.38 in total. I was getting Jr Suites, and balconies with RCCL. Lately they have cutback. But my wife and I could not sail until Halloween. Leave again this Sunday. We will see what happens after that trip. As for land based have been Diam, 7*, Elite, Owners, Hall of Fame, Ambassador, you name it for almost 20 years. Gaming is not the same as years ago.
