Get some Binax Now Ag Monitored tests and do them at your hotel.
this is what I am doing next week. Flying into Miami 2 days early and will be doing the test from the hotel room -
I have been looking at Priceline and the deal for what I’m pretty sure is the Intercontinental is great…considering booking it as well

Yep, me too. Odyssey March 12th. I was hoping it was because one of my Royal Up bids was being accepted!
I was hoping the same thing 😂- 1

I booked a balcony guarantee room but my room was assigned last week and the edocs had the room number on them. Hopefully the link reappears soon lol
-
When I login to the Royal Caribbean site, I can see my cruise coming up on 3/11, but the link to the edocs has disappeared. It was there the other day. Anyone else having issues?

The MDR food has been great. Shocking is the large portions. That was not the case in the past.
Aurea has anytime dining. Otherwise, fixed seating. Early dining is 5:45 and 6pm. Late sing is 8:30 and 8:45.
Appreciate the response! -

For this first nights dinner, we ate at Tribeca, the main dining room for vaccinated guests only. For the entire week, tables were assigned, but times were not. We only ended up eating in the main dining room twice - a very low number for us.
You can see how few neighbors we had the first night. Menus were provided on paper but not in a folder as they would have pre-covid.
Do they normally assign a dining time? Are you able to request a table for 2?

Thanks for doing this review! I am considering the MSC Seashore in the fall. Looking forward to the rest of your thoughts and pictures!

How is the main dining room food? Are you assigned to a time and dining room or do you make reservations?
New to MSC and considering a cruise on the Seashore in the fall

I logged back into the Royal Up site and it shows the 2 bids that were cancelled but now it shows the 2 new bids I placed as pending. Here hoping to a junior or grand suite!
I got another cancellation email today saying my bids were cancelled due to a change in my reservation. I was able to make new bids. I don’t know what is going on with the Royal Up site.

yes. Give it 24 hours then call them. Or try using a different browser.

Were you upgraded by chance?
No, I had booked a guarantee balcony, and the room that I was assigned is a regular balcony room -
I booked a balcony guarantee on the 3/11 Freedom sailing. I got an email about a month ago about the Royal Up upgrades. I went ahead and put in bids.
Last night, my balcony room was assigned and today I got an email that my Royal up bids were cancelled due to a change in my reservation. I went on to the Royal Up site and my bids were no longer there so I tried to put in new bids. After I put in all my payment information and submitted, a message came up saying they were unable to process my request and to try again in 24 hours.
Has anyone experienced this? I’m guessing it cancelled my bids because the room was assigned?

Definitely the Horizon. I did the Southern Caribbean back in September and it was amazing

I am booked on the 3/11 Freedom sailing with a guarantee balcony and have not got a room assignment yet. So I think it can really just happen at any time.

They don’t use the one that is downtown, they use the Smith Cove terminal at Pier 91. Not sure about hotels around that terminal, I don’t think there is a ton around there. When I took a cruise out of there I stayed at a downtown hotel and took an Uber over to the terminal

I have a guarantee balcony booked for the 3/11 Freedom sailing and I received the Royal Up offers

Hi all,
I am going on Freedom in March and considering purchasing the Chefs Table. Is it better to book online in advance or wait until I get onboard?
I have seen a few stories of people getting a cheaper price onboard but I wasn’t sure if that is still happening. It is 89.99 on the Cruise Planner right now.
Any recent Chefs Table feedback is appreciated.

I have found Uber to be very easy in Miami…never had to wait more than a few minutes

How was disembarkation? Going on a 3 day on Freedom in March

Thank you everyone! I am going to give it a try!

Actually it does. Travel agencies have the option of opting out and there is one large Big Box agent who opted out. Even though it is run by a 3rd party those guests will not get the offer nor can they log in direct.
so if I got the Royal Up email I can go ahead and bid? -
I have just received my first ever Royal Up email for my cruise on Freedom in March. If I booked my cruise through a large online travel agency that has a plane in their logo (I know we’re not supposed to say names), can I still do a Royal Up bid?
Pre cruise/1 night stay and will need to get covid test

Thanks for that tip! I might book that as a backup in case there is something wrong with the home test
