They will do no such thing. The diner is actually provided by Royal as a pass through promotion available with select TA's. The TA is not paying for this. The vouchers are not even necessary as it is listed on your account. It will show up on Royals copy of the invoice as SRK3 - NA Dinner

The terms and conditions listed on the voucher mske it very clear it must be booked on board and it excludes Hibachi and Chefs table.

Only Icon and Utopia have the Premium cuts menu. Some highlights are the 32 oz tomahawk and wagyu filet. There is also another 3-4 selections.
