Good sunny afternoon, tomorrow is supposed to be hot with possible thunderstorms. Next week is supposed to be hot and humid. Shirl is back to being unhappy after last night she had said she liked the place and would stay. She called a little while ago and asked why she was there and when did she agree to it. She plans to leave as soon as she can and hung up on my brother. He sent her son a text. She also wanted to know if anyone was taking care of her house. Blessings and prayers to all on our journey.

Good evening, I’m thinking of all our Florida daily family in the path of all the torrential rains . The port of Miami webcam looks really nasty. @POA1, don’t let Poohby Joe go out on the balcony. Update on Shirl, her. Cat somehow got out the door and made it up to the 3rd floor of the building, where a kind neighbor took it in. Her son will call us later.

Good sunny and warm afternoon. The utility company (gas) has the whole block ripped up in front of my house to resurface where they dug up before, no parking since 7am . It’s posted for 2 days of work. Cats went upstairs to sleep DB had another phone conversation with Shirl and she’s back to being unhappy. She claims she can’t find her cat and wanted him to come look for her. He tried to explain why he couldn’t but she didn’t understand. She said she is back in prison and she’s going to go on the warpath. He texted her son, no reply yet. Have a good afternoon.

Good chilly afternoon, it’s hard to believe that by Thursday the temperatures will be in the 90’s. FYI , Koningsdam is showing on Smithsonian Channel at 10 pm eastern time tonight.

Good sunny afternoon. It was an absolutely beautiful day at Longwood. The gardens were really crowded with families and school kids. I think there were more people today than there were at Christmas. Some random pictures, the construction of the new conservatory is coming along nicely.

I just read an interesting news release on KTUU Anchorage app that Juneau plans to limit the number of cruise ships and pax starting in 2026, Megaships will be a problem. Good sunny morning, it’s supposed to be a beautiful day with less humidity. Bermuda wa my 1st cruise in 1976 on the SS Statendam. I loved docking in Hamilton and also St George. I did one Royal cruise that docked at Kings Wharf. Today is also National Donut Day according to an email from a local bakery market. Blessings and prayers to all on our journey.

Good evening, Jake @Crazy For Cats, the weather forecast is good for Saturday but possibly storms on Sunday. At least traffic will be better than last weekend, when the golf tournament had 23 closed right off of 30. Safe travels.

Last night I had Trouble sleeping with me, he takes up half the bed. Shirl called again yesterday, she was a little calmer but still very unhappy. Time will tell, she has no choice for now. Good evening , still waiting for the rain to start. Shirl left a very nasty message on the answering machine wanting to know how long we have been conspiring with her son to move her down there. She feels like she is in prison and said she will leave if she had to walk home. Brother tried to explain to her but she claims she won’t forgive him. We are waiting to hear back from her son. Meanwhile , we continue to clean out her house. She was a hoarder, took 5 bags of trash out so far and barely touched the surface. She just won’t admit she needs help. No one asked her opinion on the move but she forgets she talked about this back at Christmas. Have a good evening.
