Well I scrolled back 4 pages and saw nothing about Grand Bahama. Last time we went we did not get off the ship but we would love a relaxing beach day with some shade. Suggestions?

I know right? I am more confused now than when I started reading this thread ha ha!

While not techincally a port I decided this was the best place to put this. We have chosen Porto, Portugal as the place to spend 4 days between two different cruises next summer. I have an apartment booked (very reasonable) and I have also booked a day trip to the Douro Valley including 2 wineries and a river cruise. What other not to miss things should we see in Porto. (This is sandwiched between a Rome/Greece cruise and a Norway cruise out of Amsterdam ha ha)

We are spending 4 days in Rome pre-cruise next summer. I have been to Rome twice and husband once. While we want to see some of the sights we would also like to maybe tour outside of town via tour or train etc. Does anyone have any suggestions (bonus if it includes a tour company etc). I am capable of doing it on my own but would also welcome a tour because I have a month of trip planning to work on as this is a big long trip for us.

We toured with AAI back in June. We had three generations spread between two vans with ages from 10-70. The pre-trip communication was very good. It was a very busy day to try to see many things in one day in Rome coming from the cruise ship but they made it happen. They suggest the guide for the Colosseum to help you as it is very busy and the guide gets you in quickly and back out. They catered the tour for our family and while expensive we saved a great deal when compared to booking a ship's tour. I'd book with them again for another tour when we go back to Italy!

We are cruising late October on Equinox and the couple we are traveling with have heard about the famous monkeys that drink beer on St. Kitts and requested we do something where he might see monkeys ha ha. Any thoughts on which beach or area would be best for seeing wild monkeys?

Our cruise this summer recently changed itinerary with an added stop in Ibiza. I have previously done a foodie/town tour there so I am looking for a snorkel trip or beach plus snorkel. We don't arrive until 11:30, does anyone have a suggestion of a private tour? All the ones on the more popular sites start in the morning and are unable to accommodate us.

So I'm struggling a little bit with Ajaccio in June. The ship excursions are mostly city/Napolean stuff which really doesn't interest us. I was looking for maybe a boat trip or snorkel or something outdoorsy but there just isn't much on viator or the other shore excursion sites. Any thoughts? We also don't speak French 🙂 I've heard there is quite the language barrier there.
