engrdad Posted October 29, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2017 One week before we begin our cruise. Making last minute decisions on packing. Can anyone tell me what type of electrical outlets and voltage on the Carnival Breeze? Pics of course would be great but any info you can share would be much appreciated. chengkp75 Posted October 29, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2017 Don't know the Breeze, but the most common configuration of outlets are one or two US type "B" (110v 15a three-prong, polarized) outlets and one or two European type "F" "Schuko" (220v 16a two round pin and ground) recessed outlets. Using a simple Schuko to US plug adapter will allow most electronics (those rated 100-240vac) to be charged using the European outlets.
Rare Essiesmom Posted October 29, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 29, 2017 This is Magic, deluxe OV cabin. We expand the possibilities with a double USB plug, and a power cube (non-surge protected) which has four outlets and two more USB ports. I also carry a EU EM to US plug adapter to utilize the 230v. outlet
klfrodo Posted October 29, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 29, 2017 Look at your devices that you want to plug in. On the charger or near the plug you will find some small print that may say something like “input - 110 -240”. This means that they will not harm your system if it is plugged into a 110 or even a 240 outlet. Almost all modern devices sold work this way.
