Zuiderdam - behind the scenes tour

We are cruising on the Zuiderdam for my DH's 50th birthday and he is really interested in how things work behind the scenes. Do they do behind the scenes tours on the ship? If so what areas do they tour in?

To be seen: Laundry, Recyle, kitchen, backstage, bakery, food storage lockers, bridge, Engineering, engine room (sometimes), etc. Of special interest to me was photographs of how EVERY dinner plate must look as well as the giant smoke/fire sensor board on the bridge.
