Holland American 3/25/2018 MAASDAM 28 Day cruise

Has anyone booked a room in San Diego before the cruise? Would you be so kind as to let me know what hotel? Thank you

We have sailed from and to San Diego many times over the year.

We stay at the Embassy Suites. Handy to the airport, the cruise port, Seaport Village (shops and restaurants), Horton Plaza (mall) and a restaurant we like -- The Fish Market. You are also within walking distance of the Midway.

The more appropriate board.

The Wyndham San Diego Bayside is directly across from the cruise terminal and approximately 2 miles from the airport. If you are staying more than just overnight in San Diego, I suggest a hotel more downtown (although the Wyndham is only 2 miles from all the downtown going ons...), like the Omni, Marriott Marquis, or Hilton San Diego Gaslamp. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the Gaslamp.
