Summer D Lite challenge is.......

From today June 2nd till September 8th.

14 Weeks! (Starting weight June 2nd)

 

The GOAL is to "Diet" or (whatever you want

to call your plan) thru the Summer and on

September 8...You'll be thinner. (Lite) That you got thru

the Summer with a loss or without a gain..

YOU will be Lite..(lighter)

 

Are you ready for the Challenge?

Think it will help if we can talk more this time...say how your

doing. What helpful hints you have learned. What your

proud about..like you didn't eat at a party, what exercise you did.

Even talk if you weren't good one day but that you got

right back on track.

All this sharing helps us ALL!

 

Remember we weigh every Thursday ..keeps us accountable!

 

I hope there will be a large group joining this Challenge..

Where is everyone? Don't you want

to lose during the summer or stay

the same?

Helps if you know you have to weigh-in

Every Thursday. That's there's a challenge!

Keeps you doing better each week.

Know there will be slip ups because of

'summer fun and food" but you get right

back on here and weigh. If you gain...

you'll do better the next week..Right?

I will be around. Not committing to a number.

 

I have been awol for a few weeks as I had a stroke on May 19, 3 weeks ago today. I am doing fine but I can tell you it was a shocker. What you may refer to as a wake-up call. I am 54 and have no risk factors, low BP, low Cholestrol, carotid arteries are clear as a bell. I should be more active and make some dietary changes but that's all. I eat a pretty junk free diet as it is, so just less meat, more of a flexitarian, or a not quite successful vegetarian!

 

So just be aware that the old adage is true. We never know what tomorrow will bring.

I'm in. Since June 1 I have been "dieting" but have started working out this week. I've been doing a high intensity workout video (30-40 min) of a morning and walking for at least 40 min of an evening.

 

Sept 15th goal - 35lbs

 

June 2 - 257lb

June 9 - 253 lb

Lin..Congrats on your loss. Your doing good!

You can post here and/or on the Thursday

weigh-in post. Let everyone see how good

your doing. Will help us get movtivated.

Give us some hints on how your losing.
