Empress of the Seas 2/18/19 sailing

I am on the Empress of the Seas which is supposed to depart Miami on 2/18/19. The cruise is no longer listed on their website. Does anyone know what has happened to it? Charter or sold out?

That sounds familiar, did you do a search or look at the first couple of pages?

It has been cancelled. Others have received an email from Royal Caribbean. I assume that you have not.

The reason is an extended drydock.

Call RC in the morning.

I just wanted to give you an update. I called my TA and they said that they hadn't received any email from RCL. So, I asked her to call RCL and find out from them. After a rather long hold, I was told that, yes my cruise was cancelled. RCL is emailing TAs and customers in a staggered fashion (and not all at once). RCL was only offering OBC if I booked on one of three specific dates. These dates did not work for me. I ended up requesting a refund.
