Do points carryover from previous cruises or do all the points have to be accrued on the same cruise?

Both. For most on board comps it's only what you accrue on each voyage. The first comp being when you reach 500 points getting a match play ticket or $5 in slot play, the next at 1000 points being the same on cruises 5 days or more, while on shorter cruises it's the DOU point and for longer cruises at 1,500 points you are will get your DOU card. Other on board comps like free wine, free speciality dining, and even free cruises are at milestone points determined by the Ocean Players Club head office.

But if a gambler earns over 5,000 comp points on a single cruise, the next cruise they take within a 2 year period the casino host will generally have a DOU card and coupon for speciality dining waiting at the cage on first night. For those that take multiple cruises a year, earning the DOU card each time but not reaching the 5,000 mark, points are tracked over a 2 year period for special booking offers and casino cash.

I have been given a drink card when I say hello in the casino, other times it is in my room on boarding with a note of scheduled activities in the casino that evening. Other times I've been given a card at 1000 or 1500 points.

I have noticed that the alcohol available is limited to a menu the waiter has in the casino. I rarely drink alcohol, but I enjoy the other choices. I am put off a bit that pineapple juice is not included, nor is a drink available at the bar while playing, nor any place else on the ship.

I read that elite cruises has drinks available anywhere. I wonder if pineapple juice is included?

I've gotten Malibu and pineapple juice in the casino with a DOU card on multiple ships. At least a couple of the martinis on the casino bar menu have pineapple juice, so not sure why you couldn't get it.

I've always been able to get pineapple juice from the casino servers plus any other non-alcoholic concoction of juices and/or sodas mixed together in a mocktail. Pineapple juice is used in several of the mixed drinks at the bar so really not sure way they would not prove you some.
