Brilliance of the Seas, how was the live bands and the dance venues onboard? Thanks!

We are considering booking the Brilliance of the Seas going to the British Isles. We like to do some ballroom social dancing in the evenings. We had a good experience with the Navigator of the Seas last year. There were scheduled ballroom music sets on certain evenings. And even during the regular evenings, the two house bands on the ship played a good selection of dancing music. We are thinking of going on the Brilliance in May. I know they rotate the bands but just wondering, for the folks who has recently sailed with Brilliance, who are the house bands on the ship, are there only one or two? What kind of music do they play? How many dance venues are they on the ship with live bands? Do you have a choice at a given time where to dance or there is only one live band playing at a given time at a given lounge so you can't pick and choose?

We've done a transatlantic and several other cruises on Brilliance and thought the food and entertainment were excellent. They had a violin group onboard a couple of those cruises which we enjoyed. Typical cruise line production shows and headliners, such as comedians, singers, magicians, etc.
