Can someone please explain what this is. Thanks

'Black' is the highest tier you can attain with Voyagers Club. You'll find all the information pertaining to it here:

Voyagers Club is MSC reward program, the Black card may be referring to that. Black being their highest level...so the Perk may be referring to one of the free goodies included with your cruise if you are Black in Voyagers.
