It was only one week from the file date until the resolution notification. Tho' the letter from Aon, the insurance company stated that 75% of the original fare would be offered as future cruise credit in a "few weeks", when I called to ask if they could be more specific, they were able to tell me the dollar amount and that it should already the available. So I called the RCI D desk, inquired if that amount showed as a credit, was advised it did and asked if I wanted to apply it immediately. Easy, peasy.
