Does Explorer of the Seas offer Broadway shows (like Grease, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You, etc.) or just "Broadway-style" shows? Thanks - we will be on Royal Caribbean for the first time this September for the Pacific Coastal cruise. Appreciate your help!

No Broadway shows, just cruise ship type production shows and the typical headliners: comedians, singers, magicians, jugglers, tribute groups, etc.

We were on Explorer last fall on the west coast and there were no full blown shows like on the mega ships, but they did some review sorts of things with dancing and singing and themes. The other nights had variety acts. It's like the old days fo cruising. We really enjoyed the shows since they were not as long and we love the variety acts. RCI tends to be good at attracting an interesting variety of varieties.
