Late Night Dining Options-Empress

Is it my understanding that there are NO late night dining options except for room service on the Empress? If this is NOT true what are my options?

Empress is "the little ship with a big heart". There aren't the dining options you'll find on the bigger ships, the only dining venue aside from MDR and Windjammer is Chops, so once they shut down for the night, the only option is room service. They do have some tapas at Boleros, but not sure how late they lasted. Had a great time on my Empress 4 day in December.

The windjammer stays open till 1am for snacks. Only on that ship.
