I lost 1.1 lbs since last Thursday and I'm in total shock! :eek: LOL

My scale was good to me I didn't go up:) but I didn't go down either:(.

Good Morning,

 

I lost .5. Better than nothing. I have 12 more to go for a short term goal.

 

I can't believe my weight right now. Not good.

 

Jan and Sheila, congrats on the losses. Dianne, staying the same is also good.

Everyone lost or stayed the same so far.

 

I'm a "samer'! Can't get it to budge!

Maybe if I ate less and exercised? LOL

Stayed the same this week. That's no shock, since I have done sooooooo well, and it's that time of the month (sorry for that detail, guys!) but it IS a factor for us ladies.

 

Expecting a big loss next week to catch up. Love the 7 in 7 challenge!

 

(and remember, every .25 down is ONE STICK OF BUTTER off your body!) Keep that in mind when you say, "I only lost a half a pound---that's TWO sticks of butter!

 

Happy losing, everyone. Make more good choices than bad, more healthy choices than not, and your weight WILL go down. No magic---it's basic math----calories in vs. calories out. Just do it!

 

I look forward to posting a LOSS next week. I want to be in the 160's!

Forgot to post yesterday, probably because I was trying to forget what I saw on the scale! I was 204.4 for a GAIN of 3.6 pounds.....some of it deserved, some of it not.

 

Looking forward to the 7 in 7 challenge. It is just what I need to get a jump start. No more cake and ice cream. Did I mention that I made an amazing cake last week? Didn't think so....

Since I'm lifetime, I only weigh in at WW once a month and that day was today. I'm glad to report that I was within 2 lbs. of my goal weight (in fact I was .4 below my goal weight!) so I don't have to pay to go to WW for another month! Better yet.....I feel good! Good luck to everyone!!
