margaritagirl424 Posted November 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2017 We will be leaving on the Pride in April and would like to have some great Maryland crab cakes and other seafood. Where would you recommend we dine and is there the possibility of a hotel nearby with park & cruise package? thank you for your help
sandy toes Posted November 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2017 Hotel: Best Western/O'Donnell St offers a Cruise/Stay package. You park your car and they shuttle you to and from the cruise port. Parking at the port is about $105. Crab Cakes: Try the Bay Cafe. Use the Water Taxi from the Inner Harbor or just Uber over if weather is not cooperating. They have won many local awards for their Crab Cakes. BIG chunk cakes. Delicious!

According to their website, the Bay Cafe is shut down. Did they re-locate or change names? Even under the old reviews, it is rated poorly.

Bay Cafe has been closed on over a year ago. The Best Western is located in a lower income part of town .There is nothing close by except for the truck stop across the street ,low income housing close by with police cameras mounted on the street poles. If you find a hotel then I am sure you will receive recommendations As for me Boxhill Pizzeria in Abingdon which is north of Baltimore has award winning crabecakes.
