Nieuw Statendam hot tub?

While musing over the new flyer that arrived touting the latest addition to the fleet I noticed a round pad on the bow three decks down from the bridge.

Anyone in the know care to expound on what is?

Believe it is hot tub for the crew on the bow.

I know from personal experience that Koningsdam has a hot tub in this location on the bow, so as Bruce says, it's likely a hot tub.
