I’m afraid that this is something that P&O never provides to passengers. They just give very broad indicative time windows. Your best bet is a 3rd party website (example below) which, whilst not always 100% accurate, is far closer to reality than you will ever get from P&O.

Over the past few weeks people have had success by simply asking P&O. Best results have been by email. Those reporting this success have been close to the sailing time.

This is our next cruise as an example.

For those who don't have this, here are the actual (planned) arrival and departure times for our cruise.

Southampton - sailing at 5pm.

Madeira - arrival at 8am, departure at 6pm.

Antigua - arrival at 7am, departure at 6pm.

Guadeloupe - arrival 8am, departure 6pm.

Martinique - arrival 7am, departure at 6pm.

St. Kitts - arrival at 8am, departure at 6pm.

St. Lucia - arrival at 8am, departure at 6pm.

Grenada - arrival at 8am, departure at 6pm.

Barbados - arrival at 7am, departure at 9pm.

Ponta Delgada - arrival at 9am, departure at 6pm.

Southampton - arrival at 6am.

Took less than a day to get but remember not to expect answers out of office hours.
